There is mention that if you book less than 7 or 8 nights, no room service will be applied. Also towel changing only available one time even if you book 7 nights, another change will be extra charge. Another all ok

Stayed for one week. We found the hotel to be very quiet and comfortable. 3 minutes walk from the Metro station with links to two lines making getting anywhere in Paris very easy and convenient. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The only negative comments I would make are: 1) the dinner plates did not fit in the small dishwasher provided which seemed a bit daft, 2) there was not enough crockery and cutlery to be able to use the dishwasher efficiently, more cups, plates, knives and forks please and 3) the 'Smart TV' was not smart. There was no way to access any apps (Netflix, Apple TV etc) on the television. Apart from those small inconveniences the hotel was great for a stay in Paris and the fact the room has a small kitchen meant we did not have to eat out at every meal saving us a lot of money! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had two apartments booked, one for one night and one for two nights under same category, size and amenities. Booking was non-cancellable and paid in advance, booked via Accor platform and booking was accepted. At the time of check in at reception, we're told that one apartment is not available and they downgraded from apartment to studio, and mentioned that and you need to write to management for compensation. We paid around €900 euros for bookings and wanted to have pleasant stay for two family with small kids under 3 and 2 year old. Upon written complaint only €80 as gesture were returned, which was neither a fair price for downgrade nor justification for contract breach and inconvenience we faced during our stay. Hope if the corporate team can intervene and audit and provide resolution.

It was a good stay overall. The only downside for us was that there was no english channels, and we dont speak french. At least a BBC new channel would have been appreciated. I have travelled vastly, this is the only place I've stayed without an english channel on the television.

The location is very good; however, parking is limited and expensive. Our best experience was checking in with a very welcoming staff at reception, Pegah. She made our check-in very smooth and kindly guided us on how to explore Paris. We were amazed that she could speak three languages fluently. I liked the 24/7 complementary coffee machine. I hope the hotel can fix the bad smell issue in the lobby.

​We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with good air conditioning. The kitchenette was very functional, featuring a fridge with a small freezer, microwave, stove, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, and a dishwasher (with dishwashing supplies provided). They also provided toiletries, an iron, and a hairdryer. Just note that there is no conventional oven. ​The location is very convenient with easy transport connections and plenty of nearby restaurants. Underground parking is secure and safe, though it requires a phone reservation prior to arrival and incurs a separate nightly fee not included in the room rate. Also, housekeeping is only included for stays longer than 8 days. Overall, a very comfortable stay and would recommend! ​ ​Pros: ​Clean, comfortable room with great air conditioning. ​Excellent kitchenette amenities: fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and utensils. ​Toiletries, dishwashing supplies, iron, and hairdryer provided. ​Convenient location close to restaurants and public transport. ​Safe and secure underground parking. ​Cons: ​Parking must be reserved in advance over the phone and costs extra. ​No traditional oven in the kitchenette. ​Room cleaning is only provided for stays over 8 days.
