​We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with good air conditioning. The kitchenette was very functional, featuring a fridge with a small freezer, microwave, stove, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, and a dishwasher (with dishwashing supplies provided). They also provided toiletries, an iron, and a hairdryer. Just note that there is no conventional oven. ​The location is very convenient with easy transport connections and plenty of nearby restaurants. Underground parking is secure and safe, though it requires a phone reservation prior to arrival and incurs a separate nightly fee not included in the room rate. Also, housekeeping is only included for stays longer than 8 days. Overall, a very comfortable stay and would recommend! ​ ​Pros: ​Clean, comfortable room with great air conditioning. ​Excellent kitchenette amenities: fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and utensils. ​Toiletries, dishwashing supplies, iron, and hairdryer provided. ​Convenient location close to restaurants and public transport. ​Safe and secure underground parking. ​Cons: ​Parking must be reserved in advance over the phone and costs extra. ​No traditional oven in the kitchenette. ​Room cleaning is only provided for stays over 8 days.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is only a 3-minute walk from a major metro interchange, making it incredibly convenient to reach all the main tourist attractions. It is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and daily living. There are also two very well-stocked supermarkets just a few minutes away. The staff's kindness and professionalism were outstanding. They welcomed us warmly and assisted us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The property also offers great amenities, including a laundry room, a gym, and complimentary coffee available 24/7. A very special mention goes to Pegah, whose exceptional kindness and care made us feel truly at home. Her support and attention to detail were incredible, and she made our experience even more memorable. Thank you, Pegah!

I have seen many hotels because of work or private travel the last 30 years. So I am able to compare with many previous experiences. When we arrived the smell at the reception was very bad, it had the odeur of a toilet or babydaipers. Also in the hall ways and our room (308) the smell was not fresh or clean. Also the following days the hall ways and room still did not smell fresh or clean. Tiles were broken, bed lamps seemed damaged, and many plastered holes. Nothing you would expect of a hotel room. The most awfull is the rash I got from the bedlinnen. After checking it seemed to be caused by bed bugs/punaise au lit. Both of my legs have a rash with many many small bumps that itch terrible. Therefor I am sorry but I am not very pleased with my stay.
