Great experience, however you shouldn't be charging for towel replacement as this is a primary means of hygiene.

For guests staying serveral days, towel changes are available on request to help us reduce our environmental footprint. However, we are happy to replace them at no cost if they are soiled or if you require them for health reasons. For added comfort, we also offer our Bed & Towel Comfort Kit — a complete refresh of your bedding and towels, including bed linen, bath towels, and hand towels, with your bed remade by our housekeeping team. Really well located aparthotel on a quiet street situated close to Metro, bus stops, local supermarkets and Boulangeries. We emailed in advance and were allocated a spacious room which perfectly fitted our request, and had a delightful stay. Room was spotless, really well appointed, beds were a reasonable size and comfy. It had a microwave, huge fridge, kettle, pans etc and even a dishwasher! Staff were unfailingly pleasant, helpful and obliging, we were issued a key card each and we had no problems accessing the property at any time. Well done Adagio Nation!
