We are sorry to read, however, that certain aspects of the room did not fully meet your expectations, including the bathroom design, the television size, and some in-room details. Regarding the air conditioning, I am surprised by your comment, as I personally came to your room upon arrival to assist with its adjustment, and I understood at that time that the situation had been resolved. Bonjour Monsieur G., Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour d’expérience. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, notamment en raison des problèmes de climatisation durant la période de forte chaleur, du dysfonctionnement de la douche ainsi que du service au petit-déjeuner. Vos remarques concernant l’attitude de notre collaborateur et la réactivité face à la machine à café ont bien été prises en compte et transmises aux responsables concernés afin qu’un rappel sur la qualité de service soit effectué auprès de nos équipes. Nous vous présentons également nos excuses pour les désagréments techniques rencontrés dans votre chambre. Soyez assuré que des vérifications ont été demandées afin d’éviter que cette situation ne se reproduise. Comme évoqué lors de votre départ, un geste commercial de 80 € a été effectué afin de témoigner de notre considération face aux désagréments rencontrés durant votre séjour.
