The fact that your room was not cleaned despite the "Please clean my room" sign is not in line with our usual standards, and we will address this matter with our housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen again. We also regret the inconvenience caused by the bathroom leak. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team so that the issue can be inspected and resolved promptly.
