We are indeed in the 12th arrondissement in the southern limit of the capital next to the Bois de Vincennes and a few meters from the metro and opposite we have the tram. You can very easily go to all places in Paris in a short time. We are sorry that you found the facility not up to your expectations. Please accept our apologies. Please know that there is someone at reception 24 hours a day, do not hesitate to ask the receptionist at any time. You can very easily go to all places in Paris in a short time. We are delighted to read that you appreciated our rooms and the quality of our bedding. We took advantage of the previous period to completely renovate them in the latest Ibis trend. We are sorry that you found the welcome did not live up to your expectations and we ask you to accept our most sincere apologies. Rest assured that the necessary measures will be implemented to improve the quality of the services mentioned. Concerning coffee, in IBIS hotels we do not have a coffee machine in the rooms, however we provide our customers with a courtesy tray containing a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle in the reception.
