At check-in, they tried to charge me extra due to the hotel’s own mistake. Although I didn’t end up paying, it wasted a lot of time. 3. The air conditioning temperature couldn’t be adjusted, so the room was extremely hot!

Airco not working during heat wave in Paris... Attendant breakfast buffet on Saturday morning more interested in helping himself to the buffet than looking after the clientele. I had to point out that the coffee machine wasn't working before he decided to do something about it. Shower unit was leaking impossible to take a shower without flooding the entire bathroom.

The front desk worker during the daytime he was very friendly each day and especially at check-in providing information about the area. The room seemed clean, and for a reasonable price. Very close to public transport was also great

Affordable and cozy hotel situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It's right next to the metro so easily accessible to the center of Paris and back. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is really good.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. The room was compact, but it had everything we need and was clean and tidy. The bathroom was good as well, the shower was quite spacious, so that was a plus. The breakfast buffet was compact, but still very good and all the products served were fresh and delicious. The coffee was very good, there were croissants, white and brown bread and some sweet options like madelaines. Eggs and bacon, small crepes, a variety of cheese and ham, and muesli and yoghurt. The other services were convenient as well, like free coffee and tea in the lobby. We could also leave our luggage free of charge at the hotel for a while when we checked out in the morning. We loved this hotel with a very friendly staff!
