Traveling by car we book 1 night stop in back and return. Quick access, near restaurants and commercial area, secure , good breackfast and coffee. Clean rooms, easy access /check in even by night Very helpfull staff ( thanks to Mr Daniel D).

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions experienced during my recent stay at your hotel, ibis budget Béziers Est La Giniesse, from July 6th, 2024 to July 7th, 2024. My booking confirmation details are as follows: Booking Number: NMHDFGLL Stay Dates: July 6th, 2024 - July 7th, 2024 Number of Rooms: 2 Number of Guests: 4 Adults, 2 Children Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed to find that the rooms were in a horrendous state of cleanliness. Specifically, there were visible dirt and grime throughout the room, and most disturbingly, we found hair in the bed, indicating that the linens had not been properly cleaned or changed. In addition to the poor room conditions, the hallway had a disgusting smell of dampness, making the overall environment unbearable. This level of cleanliness and hygiene is entirely unacceptable and falls far below the standards we expected when choosing your hotel. Such conditions not only affect the comfort of our stay but also raise serious concerns about the health standards being maintained at your property. In contrast, our subsequent stay at ibis budget Huerta De Murcia was very satisfactory. In the past, we have always chosen Accor hotels for our stays and have had positive experiences. However, the situation at Béziers was the worst we have ever encountered. Given the severity of this issue, I request immediate action to address this complaint. I expect a full refund for our stay, and I urge you to take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. We would certainly have liked to share this the next day before your departure since you arrived late at night after the reception closed. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We simply note that some images were taken after your use of the facilities on the morning of your departure and therefore do not reflect the condition of these facilities on arrival. We had to go to the Emergency Room at the hospital so booked in to the IBIS as we could not return to our canal boat that night. The Manager was excellent. He sent us a very helpful personalised email after we booked and all worked perfectly. Thank you.
