Bonjour, nous sommes désolés pour le désagrément. Pour information la réception est ouverte de 17h à 21h et tous nos clients qui arrivent avant utilisent la borne dédiée à cela comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels. Pour pouvoir proposé des prix attractifs, il nous est impossible d'avoir du personnel 24h sur 24 alors vous comprendrez qu'un temps de repos est nécessaire dans une journée qui démarre à 6h et se termine à 21h...
