J'ai fait une réservation pour cet hôtel tout à été réglé via l'application All Accor. Un prépaiement m'a été débité sur ma carte visa le jour de ma réservation. A mon arrivée, l'hôtel me refuse la chambre si je ne paierais pas la chambre. Je lui ai montré ma réservation elle était prépayé et aucun paiement ne devait être payé à l'hôtel. J'ai du payer une deuxième fois la chambre et j'attend depuis plusieurs jours de récupérer mon argent. C'est une erreur de l'hôtel F1 et non la mienne . J'attend toujours de me faire rembourser car ils ne veulent pas assumer la responsabilité de leur erreur. Service client incapable de me résoudre le problème pour le moment . C'est scandaleux. Hôtel F1 Béziers Est pas honnête du tout.

Mostly a positive experience. A very basic hotel with the bathrooms/showers outside of the bedroom but a tap in the bedroom for brushing teeth. Nice confortable bed. Everything was very clean. Soft drinks, coffee and sweet food available 24h a day if you have coins. Entrance 24h a day with the same code for the main door and the bedroom. Air conditioning. 2 pillows. A window for fresh air. The bedroom was quiet and big enough with two chairs a TV and free wifi which worked very well and two big towels for the shower. The only problem was that there was no toilet paper in the nearest bathroom so I would advice people sleeping there to bring paper hankerchiefs in their luggage just in case. I met one of the staff members when I left in the morning and he was very kind and nice. So I would stay there again if I went back to Bézier as the price was cheap and as I went to see a show in les arenes it was great to be able to check in at 2 AM.
