The main AC of the hotel was broken, the room temperature, and also the bathroom and shower temperature were unbelievable! When we arrived, the entrance worker told us that it was broken, but that he wasn't able to refund the paid room, to search other hotel in Brezier. Really, the worst experience of our live.

I don't like hotels with a code to remember in order to enter rooms or the hotel itself. Very annoying. Prefer at the least: magnetic cards (although not very practical either). A simple key like in the good old times is still the best system. A (larger) table would be more practical to work on (especially for installing a laptop in a comfortable way) F1 is not a 5-star hotel but I didn't know that there was no elevator at all. One of the two showers on the first floor was not really hot (or at least didn't heat up properly). Electric heating not (yet) working. Why ? It's already autumn ! If I remember well I did book for a hotel room with a private bathroom (unless I ticked off the wrong option by mistake …). Instead I got a hotel room without private bathroom. Despite the fact that F1 is not a 5-star hotel, the first impression is that the bedroom almost looks like a prison cell...

The location was misrepresented. We abandoned the idea of staying because we couldn’t walk to the centre along main roads. There was no one on reception so I rang to cancel. I emailed twice without reply.

Bien dans la propreté du lit et des serviettes. Mais sinon, les douches communes sont sales… ça sent mauvais, il y a des cheveux et des poils dautre personne, les pommeaux de douches sont sales également… le bruit est constant. Des personnes de l’hôtel qui font du Bruit et cris sans penser aux autres qui passent une nuit pour se reposer

Ich erwarte keinerlei Luxus in einem F1 Hotel, aber Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein. Ich wurde von Schamhaaren auf der Klobrille empfangen, auch der Boden war unsauber.

Séjour horrible surtout le dernier jour Gérant de l’hôtel avec aucunes humanité mal aimable, aucun respect, raciste alors que lui même est typé. Chambre pas nettoyé une seule fois remplis de poussière, toilette sale, douche écœurante l’eau ne s’écoule pas elle stagne… Blatte et cafard dans le couloir, une inondation de l’étage du dessus à cause de la douche qui ne s’écoule pas Yaourt du petit déjeuné périmé Bref horrible une première et une dernière

j'ai attendu très très très longtemps au téléphone - les soit disant responsables qu'on devait me passer n'ont jamais répondu - inadmissible avec des numéros payants à la minute ! service client pas à la hauteur et idem pour le service commercial - l'hôtel n'a pas décroché non plus à partir de fin d'aprèsmidi
