The check-in was slow as the receptionist was also waitressing in the restaurant. The back office staff did not show much enthusiasm to help. The room was comfortable but cold. The car park was full and insufficient. There was a ridiculous offer to pay 10 euros for parking inside the hotel. For an establishment of this standard, parking for guests should be FREE. The whole experience leaves a sour taste. This is a pity.

A really warm welcome at this Mercure. We stayed for. few days while attending a Golf competition next door. The staff are very friendly. The rooms were very clean, warm and welcoming. Especially like the coffee machines and thick, lovely towels!! We ate in the restaurant. The menu de jour was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, Breakfast was fresh, local and plenty of choice. Hot and cold. We would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

Thanks to the kindness of ALL personnal we had a real great stay at the Mercure Golf Cap D'Agde. Not only was our room clean, quiet, spacefull, but also every staff member was so kind. I will remember our late discussion on music on Michel Bismut / Ur ! Great thanks to all the team!
