This Ibis is well positioned, close to the motorway. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Reception was very organised and staff are helpful. The bedroom was as described on the website and was clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant which had a great menu and good food but the real joy of this hotel is the excellent staff particularly those in the bar and restaurant !

Hotel is simply located for a one night stay en route. Facilities are ok for the price and it has an outdoor swimming pool though the end of October was already too cold to use it. Bar staff were kind in the evening. Breakfast was poor though, there weren’t many customers and for example,e the bread was never replenished which meant the choices were not available. What made this worse is that there was one man covering the breakfast but a number of other staff standing in front of the main entrance smoking. They may have had nothing to do with breakfast and it isn’t my business whether someone smokes or not, but to do it in front of the main entrance creates a terrible first(or any) impression

We have stayed at this hotel on a regular basis over many years. Ideal location for our onward trips to and from Spain. Comfortable hotel with good secure parking. Great food and very friendly team of staff. But oh dear the carpets by the lift and past the restaurant area are a disgrace. It is the only thing that stops us recommending the hotel to family and friends.
