The hotel is well located however during our visit was in reconstruction (without being warned about this at the time of booking). The main area is a building site, it is dusty and dirty. No compensation was Offered and hence it was not a good value for money. The carpets on the floors are terribly warned and give a shabby appearance. However the room was clean and satisfactory. I am Accor member but was not offered any amenities or otherwise. Not very good example of good customer care. The reception staff was polite and efficient , but till the above situation is resolved i will not be recommending or returning to this hotel .

I understand that renovations are necessary, but they severely impacted the overall experience. Narrow corridors, open ceilings; it felt cramped and messy at times. It was a bit windy outside, and the soundproofing was bad, so you could hear every single noise from outside. The rooms are very basic and start to show some wear and tear, but the bed was fine. The breakfast manager was downright rude. No good morning, no smile, nothing like that - but falsely accusing us of not having paid for the breakfast and no apology when he found out he was wrong. Breakfast was mediocre at best - chewy croissants, yoghurt condiments like walnuts tasted like they were expired.
