We spent a week at this hotel when the weather was very hot in Béziers and we enjoyed the lovely pool for a refreshing swim and even spent a couple of days at the pool as it was quiet and peaceful. Our superior room was very pleasant - the air conditioning made sleeping possible in very hot weather and the bed was very comfortable. All staff members at the Reception, Bar and the Housekeeping staff are super welcoming, polite and helpful - all very professional. The restaurant area is lovely and is obviously appreciated by locals and residents alike. A nearby bus stop makes the short journey to the centre of Béziers convenient and cheap. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

In March 2026, we reserved a room with 2 separate beds at IBIS Rood Mediterranee in Beziers-East. On May 3rd, we stayed there. At the reception, the requested room was not available. We asked for another one. A room was offered in a hallway smelling of smoke. Here, too, there were no 2 separate beds, and the room had not been renovated. We declined this option. After a phone call from the reception staff, a room was offered in an adjacent building. The room had been renovated and there were 2 separate beds. Because of the wind, a screeching sound came through the gaps in the windows. The outer window did not close at all, and the inner window did not close properly either. The window was closed as best as possible with an empty tin can. The mattresses were bad. We slept poorly. There were hairs from previous guests everywhere on the floor and walls of the shower room. In 2025, we also visited this hotel. When booking, renovated rooms were shown. During our stay there, we ended up in an old room amidst the dust from a renovation. Never again at this hotel.

agreablement surprise par rapport a tous les ibis que j ai parcouru jus qu'a present et surtout un point tres particulier au chef sa creativite culinaire et son jeu de saveur sur des plats classiques tel qu une simple salade cesar , a ses moules frites etc... c est un bonheur en plus de la prestation hoteliere accueillante et a l ecoute . ne changez rien . Poor room maintenance big holes in bathroom, charged €190 euros as a holding fee that still has not been returned a week later and the charged again when leaving, in total €300 euros blocked from my card and a week later still not got a huge amount back. This was not mentioned anywhere on website 😐 first time using Ibis and will be the last we use hotels weekly and this is one of the poorest experience I have ever had with a hotel if this is the standard of a Ibis I would hate to see what the Ibis budget is like.

Cet hôtel est bien situé par rapport aux visites que nous devions faire à Béziers. En revanche, il n'est pas très facile à trouver au milieu des échangeurs. Sinon, l'accueil est très efficace: chambre prête dès notre arrivée. Confort simple mais fonctionnel.

Petit problème de chambre à côté de l'ascenseur qui a été vite résolu. Estimant qu'avoir réservé avec plus de deux mois avant méritait mieux. Sinon tout c'est bien passé.
