We had a quick meal at the restaurant and the staff were all lovey. I want to call out Amrita (the Mauritian woman) who was brilliantly fabulous. She look after us so well even though we arrived 20 mins before the kitchen closed. Happy, cheerful and attentive. If you want (and you should) tip you need cash

Always an excellent stay at Ibis Beziers East Mediterranean. Conveniently located from the autoroute. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food BUT…… Oh dear the CARPETS by the lift and restaurant are a disgrace!

We arrived late and only stayed one night. The lobby area is OK but the lifts are tiny and hidden away. The room numbering system is really silly and makes no sense. The room was OK in size but I was on my own. It would be really small if there were 2 of us. It was even smaller with a round table and 2 chairs in it. The shower was really high and difficult to reach when you are short. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable with quite a lot of choices.

Perfectly located for motorway. Great food. Very friendly staff. Secure parking. Lovely swimming pool dog friendly superb breakfast. But oh dear what terribly worn out carpets - these need replacing immediately!

I have stopped at this hotel several times before and it was fine - All that could be expected from an Ibis. This time not so good. Check in was efficient and the staff were friendly. The room, though a bit dated and worn, was OK. The air conditioning was poor. Some of the the public areas looked shabby and unloved. The restaurant was very poor with a limited choice and the food poorly presented. One night the fries were like shrapnel and had to be sent back. The staff were friendly but chaotic and had to be prompted for the drinks order after nothing appeared after 20 or so minutes. I shall be looking for somewhere else on future visits to this area.
