We had a wonderful stay, and the biggest surprise was the pool which my daughter enjoyed! Special thank you to the staff, dinner and breakfast, they were all very kind and attentive,and to the housekeeping service for a clean room :) We will be coming back for sure.

I have been using this hotel almost 20 years, 2 to 4 times a year. It’s convenient, always nice and friendly staff. Restaurant is good, and the ibis breakfast is always a great start of the day

First impressions of the hotel aren't great, the surrounding area is poorly maintained and it is generally looks dirty. Unfortunately, this trend continues inside the hotel where the carpets are treadbare and need urgent replacement. However, the bedroom and bathroom themselves were clean, comforatable and funtctional - a relief after the the intitial impressions. Food options in the restaurant are extremely limited and there is nowhere close by to seek alternatives, we drove 10 mins to a restaurant. Breakfast was better but overpriced. One massive positive is the staff, so friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel needs work.
