Would be nice to get more options to eat late.

Regarding dining options later in the evening, we would like to let you know that a snacking menu is available until approximately 11pm/midnight. Our restaurant menu is intentionally concise in order to prioritise fresh, seasonal and homemade products. We are nonetheless sorry that this was not made sufficiently clear during your stay. Regarding the condition of the bathroom, we apologise and will pass on your feedback to our team as part of our ongoing improvements. Our 2-night stay was very pleasant. Without question, all the staff met were friendly and helpful, from advising us where to park in Narbonne centre to filling my water bottle each morning, and dealing with my request for a Suze. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast facilities were excellent. Parking was generous and we were able to leave our car with confidence. Overall, we were impressed with every aspect of our use of the hotel.

Ok but noticed cutbacks in service and food and beverage. Recommend staff dinners before opening the dining room at 7:00 be served away from guests and at least have one bartender staffed to serve guests.
