Stayed over during the Easter weekend for 3 days. The breakfast service was "terrible". The restaurant is understaffed during the breakfast service. Only 3 staff members to look after everything. As a consequence, they cannot keep topping up the meal while it was crowded. If you don't ask, they won't notice it. And depending on what you are asking you may wait for a long time. That was Sunday. Monday, was worst. Many of the breakfast meal ran out and cannot be topped up it was still 2h before the end of the service. And what I really didn't understand is, their staff start to rush in by the end of the breakfast service. Unbelievable. The hotel knows in advance who is taking breakfast because you have to book it. How come it is understaffed but mainly how come you ran out of food? We are staying always at a Novotel but this one was the worst so far.
