Hotel was ok, nicely decorated. Staff upon arrival was a bit more focussed on each other than arriving guests however they were very friendly. Lady in the morning, cleaning lobby and assisting us (she was Spanish) was really kind and friendly. I’m a GM myself so perhaps look more critical at these details. Would recommend though for the price paid.

Not as expected, not ready to welcome us

We asked for a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. I sent an email announcing that we were arriving after midnight and the room was not ready. We had to prepare the beds for the kids using the sofa-bed. We were four but only two towels. The price of the room was higher in the All app than at booking.com or the All website (that we finally used).
