Nice hotel with pool, bar and Resturant just off the A9 so ideal if you are heading to Spain or back into France. Also easy access to Narbonne centre and the beaches in the Area.

Overall ok but the service wasn’t to its usual level and the executive room whilst good had some low rent items ie paper cups , no glasses and no milk supplied in the fridge apparently now policy To summarise not great value for money

We have never put milk in the mini-fridges as it is a sensitive product that is very rarely requested by customers. However, it is possible to ask for some in the restaurant. We are sincerely sorry that you found the waiters unpleasant. It is our aim to ensure that you have an unforgettable time, so we are sorry that this was not the case. The restaurant team's job is to assist and seat customers, taking into account their preferences and any reservations that have already been made. We hope to see you again. Roberto at reception ruined our stay ! We had booked & paid for a triple adult room. Upon inspection, the single sofa bed was fit for a child only ! Hence not fit for purpose. My wife popped to reception to enquire as to whether there was another option ? Or a sofa bed that would accommodate the 3rd adult (our son) Roberto at reception rapidly became over defensive. Then subsequently overheated & argumentative. Who then Said to my wife "THIS IS NOT MARRAKESH" !!! My wife was shocked & taken aback at his rude outburst ! My wife is Greek so has a middle Eastern/Mediterranean complexion. Many, I'm sure, would have taken the comment as racist ! Ruining our stay. The hotel should refund the monetary loss incurred for the disgusting & disgraceful treatment endured ! We were only requesting that which we had paid for ! The manager tried to soften the situation. But clearly Roberto needs to understand, that certain outbursts using race or culture can be extremely upsetting when used in a derogatory manner ! Especially when accompanied with a serious lack of customer care skills ! Regards Lord w & family

We sincerely apologise for this disastrous experience and are truly embarrassed by the situation. Under no circumstances should you be subjected to this kind of inappropriate comment. We would like to contact you and discuss this with you in person and offer you a commercial gesture in order to apologise, which seems to be the bare minimum in view of what you have had to endure. Always a very good experience. I visit 6-8 times a year on my way to Spain and on the way back to Sweden. Only thing I dont like is the breakfast - the egg boiling machine don´t work properly. It´s better you boil in the kitchen and put in baskets - hard boiled and soft boiled. Thank you.
