I arrived an hour before my booking in time, nevertheless the staff managed my immediate booking in and access to my room. At all times the staff on the reception desk were helpful, cheerful and pleasant to speak to. It was also helpful that the staff could speak good English! During my stay my room was kept immaculately clean. Finally the breakfast was of an extremely high standard

Cancelled booking and air con stuck on heat

Arrived my booking had been cancelled. The air con was broken and stuck on heating not a very good overall experience. The lady said we was lucky as they had availability the question I ask what would of happened if they hadn't any rooms would we have been left on the streets?

well located right in the city center

room and bathroom are small, but clean. the hotel overall could do with a make over as the design and furniture is outdated, but well maintained. the breakfast was good, although for 18 Euros a bit pricy for what was on offer. There is convenient parking at the garage for a surcharge, however the parking is extremely small and we almost could not enter with a bigger car. The staff was courteous and polite. Overall a good recommendation if going for a night or two.

Did not feel a 4* rating was justified. Room was compact to say the least. Bed comfy, good shower. Breakfast average. Reception staff very nice and helpful.
