The room is not very spacious but there is everything you need from kettle to fridge, the shower works well and the room is clean (although the carpet could be replaced with more hygienic option).

Nice hotel in good location

The hotel was only for a one night stop on route to Italy. The location was a 5 min walk to a lovely square to eat. All go the hotel facilities were good, breakfast was varied and good quality and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had our Golden Retriever dog with us and he was fine but the the room was a little tight.

We had a couple of nights stay, beds were comfortable, the staff were helpful. The room had lots of nice features but the carpets in the room and hallways need replacement. They are worn and dirty.

We spent one night at your hotel. It is in a very good location, the staff are friendly, but our room was extremely small. I think it is the smallest room I have ever stayed in. There was barely room to walk round the bed.

We came by car and found it quite difficult to reach hotel. It's bit hidden and on the other side Ibis lettering is much dominant.

Reception Staff were helpful. Bedding and towels very clean. Liked Tea and coffee in room. Fridge was the quitest I've ever encountered. Underground car park awkward to get in and out of.

After asking if the room was in a quiet part of the hotel we were assured it was however we were rudely awoken at 7 am by very loud building works going on in the room above. It is not acceptable to allocate rooms to guests directly below building works. The receptionist than argued that works did not start until 8 am - how dare she question my reading of the time!! Eventually after being given another room to which the card key didn’t work - we were eventually given a privilege room which was nice and quiet. It is for this reason that I have rated ‘5’ for the stay and not less. This however caused a lot of wasted time especially as we were only staying for two nights!!

Room too small and wasn’t able to upgrade

Unfortunately we had booked for 6 nights and the room was too small for us with 2 suitcases of luggage. The bathroom was also tiny and shower trim was coming away. We tried to change to a larger room but there was none available. However the staff were very helpful and reasonable about us cancelling the rest of our stay.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. There were minor problems but these were quickly put right when reception was informed. Breakfast was very good and tea making facilities in the room an added bonus (though the English like milk in their tea not coffee creamers.) The shower gel container refused to stay fixed to the wall but we managed anyway. The only strange thing about the room was its lack of drawers or shelves which were needed for a stay of several days. We managed by using the top shelf in the wardrobe for both persons' clothes. What a pity that there was no proper restaurant where the meals advertised in the lift could be eaten in comfort.

SHORTAGE OF STUFF DURING THE FERIA (HIGH SEASON)

from the first moment when we arrrived in Beziers we undertsood that the fully booked hotel ..couldn't manage the customers service. When we arrived they didn't know if they had or not a parking spot for us ...finally they found one ... the reception was full of people and the stuff was trying to help us but they also had to speak on the phone for a long time... The third night when we returned with our car to the hotel...there was no available parking spot although we had a reservation . finally somenone left after a while and we parked in that place. Also the room was very small compared to other 4star mercure hotel in France.

This hotel is not up to Accor standards and I was not treated as a platinum member ( check in took long, no welcome drink offered, only 1 bottle of water in room). Elevator and hallway were dirty and the room was very small.

A good business location for Beziers - however standard bedrooms are very small (the same size as the Ibis Bi#udget next door!!) in contrast to the well appointed Privilege rooms. Good breakfast and housekeeping standards EXCEPT the carpets throughout the bedroom floors need a very good clean!!! Hotel has a bar but no restaurant - but is just a short walk from the restaurants on Avenue Paul Riquet and in the town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful and willingly undertook document printing.
