Overall, good stay, the hotel is going thru renovation, once this is finished I would say the hotel deserves 9 as the hotel is excellent, the only missing element is a safe in the room

Great location but severely let down by refurbishment taking place, water leaking from lights. Unable to enjoy a peaceful drink in the bar, breakfast room for of a staff canteen Would go back but only when refurbishments completed

In comparison with other Mercure hotels that we have stayed in, this was a very disappointing experience. The room was far too small for comfort. Although we knew there was renovation work in progress the breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests. At times it was impossible to access the food counter without a considerable wait. This is not what we expected from Mercure and as a result we checked out early.
