An amazing stay with a vibrant atmosphere and the facilities are second to none! For a UK based hotel the Mercure Brands Hatch has a very good standard. Not perfection..very few hotels are of this level..however I like this hotel and a big shout out to all the staff including the reception and those who put the rooms together between customs with a lot a TLC.

Decent rooms good Tv one problem I was staying in room 110 and I could hear sex sounds from next door hitch was very disturbing and off putting so im not sure what part of soundproof rooms comes into effect but that wasn’t on. I shouldn’t have to be hearing all of that especially when I payed extra for a better room
