It’s always good to stay at Ibis. However there are few things I would suggest to make it better. - check and prepare the room before the guest come in, when it is hot summer, turn on air conditioning and check for bugs; - help with suitcases at the entry taking them to the guest room; - equip the room with water in the fridge;
