The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, noise from outside made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a quiet room on a higher floor or away from the street.

Mercure Bugis always been my fave. Location on point, only minutes to hawkers centre (Albert Center), Bugis+, in between 2 mrt st green and yellow line. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful, from the room cleaners to the front desk and F&B teams. They should be congratulated. Room was overall comfortable, would have liked a larger room size as it was tight with bags in room. Was weird having the bathroom sink as the entry to the room. Really only suitable for single occupancy. I may have missed the casting for my phone to the TV, it would have been good to wind down with a movie or a show before sleeping, as the choice on the tv was poor. In the dining area, some of the furnishings were tired, seating with split vinyl and stains on fabric sea, this let the overall impression down.

Well located but average room Layout of room was poor. Initial given a room with bedroom up step stairs but was able to change this. New room was better but layout was still poor. With toilet in middle of room. Room small.

We liked the Food court and Hawker center close to the hotel. Public transit was easy to access. Interesting shops nearby. The room was small, but efficient.

Enjoyed our stay here, rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, especially the Buffet at lunchtime which was spectacular. Swimming pool area really good with a lap pool of commendable size. Definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a good position for tourists. We made a mistake with our room booking and the reception staff happily rectified it for us. I had also made an enquiry a week before, about celebrating my husbands birthday whilst we were there. The cake they offered to bring him was bought to our new room without me having to follow up.
