The loft executive rooms we stayed was a good deal. Its can accommodate up to 3 persons in the rooms. And the pool is quiet in the morning whereby you could have a relaxing time with Bugis view skyline. The garden roof top is full of greens that made us feels relax and it is suitable for self meditation or yoga session. Overall, a comfortable experience.

The location was great with MRT connectivity I stayed in the signature loft. It’s not ideal for a stay with an infant as there are stairs in it. Plus once you order in the infant cot there’s literally no space to even walk in the whole loft. There was no wardrobe space except for the one wall mounted rack. The space was so conjugated that to even open the door and go out- one had to first close the bathroom door and while leaving there was another door to the outside of the main door of the loft which kept closing and making it difficult to exit with a baby stroller in one hand. Room service was not great- anything we needed like plates/ ice/ towel / pillow would take us at least 4/5 calls to the reception and a wait time of 40/50 mins. After 2-3 days of trying we just stayed to do things our self like going to the restaurant to get the plates or going to the bar to get some ice etc The breakfast buffet was very repetitive and very less options for vegetarians. We stayed for 7-8 nights and the menu didn’t change. Only alternate days 1-2 times would change. But it’d be the same menu mostly.

Overall. It's satisfactory compare to previous stay in last year Dec / Jan 2026. 1.I have to book to via bookings rather than direct . It shows not available on Mercure web or rather nothing shows up when I keyed in my required dates. 2.I have to change room as soon as I walked in. Seems the aircon is leaking water and the sofa bed is not set up nor any bedding provided for the 3rd person. 3.The changed room, the toilet is not flushed when the lid is lifted up to use ( someone justed pooed) and the aircon seems abit faulty and slow. Sofa bed is not make up and no beddings. I have to manually on my aircon . Previous stay , I just have to put in the card. 4. The big sized girl wearing a white shirt who checked us in was not very experienced. 5.the bathroom glass door was faulty . Screws are dropping off. 6. The table was dusty and marks. 7. Waste bin is not in the correct place. It was underneath the tv console instead of under the sink. 8. Only 2 bathrobes and 2 towels , 2 hand towels, 2 mugs for 3 pax. 9. Glass doors in toilet and bathroom were abit dirty with dried boogers. 10. Sofa bed was given only 1 pillow initially. 11. The fridge is always not chilled even the first trip and this trip. 12. The room cards were insensitive. The scanner in the lift unable to detect the card most times. 13. I have a confirm late checked out but was not updated in the system. Lucky I checked .

We also apologize for the maintenance issues you experienced, including the faulty bathroom door, air-conditioning performance, refrigerator cooling, and room key accessibility. These matters have been shared with our Engineering team for immediate review and corrective action. Additionally, we regret the inconvenience caused by the oversight regarding your confirmed late check-out arrangement and the service experience during check-in. We appreciate your feedback and will use it as an opportunity to further coach and develop our team members to ensure a more seamless guest experience. Regarding the booking availability on our direct channels, we understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We were on an early flight and very tired. We had a place to comfortably wait until our room was ready. They worked to get our room ready early and we enjoyed the 12 midday checkout.
