Rooms are very congested for two adults, Toilet space is bare minimum, bathroom and toilet design is terrible. Toilet and bathroom inside visible from room is very disgusting. Both the space to be connected and design to be improved.

The location is good, got the upgrade to Suite, which is nice. However, I was a bit disappointed because I already told them it was my birthday, and they didn't acknowledge it at all. I think being a Platinum member doesn't get you those personalised acknowledgements like they used to.

The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, noise from outside made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend requesting a quiet room on a higher floor or away from the street.

Mercure Bugis always been my fave. Location on point, only minutes to hawkers centre (Albert Center), Bugis+, in between 2 mrt st green and yellow line. Hospitality are top notch They upgrade my room to loft style, very spacious. The housekeepings keep all tidy. Able to do late check out without hassle. Perfect service by Mercure Bugis team
