Definite not my first review because I have been staying here for more than 10 years. To me, within the KLCC vicinity, this is the best choice. As an Accor Platinum member, I get my room upgrade and also free access to executive lounge where I can enjoy ala carte breakfast, afternoon snack and happy hour fee of charge in a quiet lounge. Free parking and welcome amenities are also part of the room and I get three pieces of free laundry. The rooms are getting jaded in terms of wear and tear though. Service is impeccable. Lounge manager recognised me by day two and addressed me by name. Wow! Strongly recommended.
