Good location, staff is nice and courteous check in was GREAT. The room was spacious but very outdated, very old and gloomy didn’t have a 5 star hotel feel. I would’ve given a better rating if it was a 3 star hotel because it definitely didn’t look like 5star in my room. Stains on walls and cabinets, lots of patched holes in ceilings and bathroom flooded when I took a shower because shower door didn’t close all the way. Not sure how this place is 5 star maybe the other wing of the hotel is better? I saw a different set of elevators. I wouldn’t stay here again it was 100 percent below my expectations for a 5 star hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre – Hotel & Residences, which offers a high level of comfort supported by excellent service and a highly strategic location. One of the hotel’s main strengths is its close proximity to the Bukit Bintang area, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. Accessibility is also excellent, with Conlay MRT Station only about a five-minute walk away, while Bukit Bintang Monorail Station can be reached within approximately 10 minutes on foot. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the stay. Their attentiveness contributed positively to the overall experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, complete with a wide range of amenities that enhanced comfort. The bathroom was also generously sized, featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower, which added to the overall sense of relaxation. Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was extensive and well-organized, offering a good balance of local Malaysian dishes as well as international options, including Japanese, Italian (with pizza available), and Indian cuisine. The restaurant staff managed guest flow very well, ensuring a comfortable dining experience even during peak hours. On the downside, the bed felt rather firm, and the pillow options could be improved. The room provided two pillows, one of which was too thin while the other was quite firm. Some improvement in bedding options would be appreciated to better suit different sleeping preferences. Overall, Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre – Hotel & Residences delivers a comfortable and well-rounded stay with strong service, excellent facilities, and a prime location. With minor improvements to bedding comfort, the experience would be even better.
