Overall our stay was comfortable. We had an good attention from service staff , especially from club lounge reception team. Cleaning service in room wasn't ideal, we left room for breakfast and recived a letter of unsucseful attempt to enter to the room due "not disturb botton light" which is totally fine but we were expected our room to be cleaned during lunch time (from 11 till 16:00) , after a call to reception we arranged room make up at 7pm , but mini bar wasn't topped up. Would be great if Cleaning service could be more flexible during the day especially in upgraded rooms. The food in lounge was good , but cold cuts choice cook be with better quality ham , just an feedback to improve , canape for Afternoon tea was dry . Also during breakfast we noticed a big fly around fruits area.

Yes this hotel is very well located.. We found the bed extremely hard almost like sleeping on the floor, this short trip was a stop over from UK to Australia and we were hoping it would help with jet lag, it didn’t.. As Gold members we requested an earlier checkin, we were told they would fast track our room to be ready by 11 or 12 and they would call us, no one called, checked at 12 still not ready, was told someone would come and get us from the pool when it’s ready (we were waiting by the pool) it started raining and no one came, we checked again at 2pm and it was ready, when we asked why no one came for us as promised we were ignored.. We waited by that pool for 6 hours.. A plate of fruit was in the room, all pieces were inedible.. Just a bit underwhelming overall..

I chose the Pullman hotel because I previously lived in Malaysia and always stayed at the hotel (then called the Prince hotel). I liked it because it is not a typical business hotel but more geared towards relaxation. It was good to see that it is still quite similar. My stay therefore also was very relaxed with good breakfast and pleasant room service.

Rooms are well-appointed and clean. Bonus of free upgrade of room, coupled with our paid club lounge benefits, the stay was very comfortable with delicious food offerings. Kid loved the pool and the proximity to Pavilion Shopping Mall. Close enough to KLCC and the Park but without the crowd and city bustle and traffic jam.
