Stayed in Brussels,Basel, Zurich,Nancy, The Receptionist at Nancy in the day time with short hair was friendly. at least she smiles. And Nancy's budget hotel has aircon and microwave.

Worst hotel ever

When we entered the room we were greeted by an awful stench. We had booked 2 rooms, both smelt horrid and one looked as if someone had just been in there. The pillows were missing, the shower door was open, towels on the floor and so on. The only good thing about this hotel was the receptionist Travis, who was friendly and helpful.

The room was pretty clean but was very tired, in need of redecoration and tidying up. There was an awful smell which kept me awake!

Double bed size is lot smaller than in uk .paid for breakfast and disappointed again not enough options. Eggs stone colds rest was tacky.
