I never had this experience in IBIS! This is only one! Please improve this situation which will influence your brand credibility. Anyway, this has not changed my image of IBIS. Your staff are very nice and professional.

The hotel is quite close to the city center. The owners should invest in better bed,they are tougher than a stone, I slept very uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor.
