Upon arrival late at night the parking was full, this was a big inconvenience and disappointing. Also the upper bed was not made, and was missing sheets, when we asked; “this was normal” and we were not provided with more. Also; the website asks for the age of your child, but there is no warning that the top bunk has a warning sign that the bed is not suitable for children under 6. Our child was 4. So much for a carefree arrival. The facilities were basic and clean, enough for their purpose. The breakfast staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
