booked 2 rooms 238 - curtain was torn, showed foto at reception and they took note of it and again, also at our last visit this was also the case, the airco was on ice instead of sun. So no heating, just cold air. Lucky we already know the facility so the reception took direct action. Just a pitty that the manipulation of the airco is still a pain for loyal customers at Ibis Nieuwpoort That is why you can't get a 7+ from us this time Kind regards

We are a family of 4 staying in a room with a double bed and a bunk bed. There is plenty of room for the four of us. The bunk bed is a good size and big enough for my 13 year old. (Why can't more family rooms have bunks instead of sofa beds)? The room is clean and the breakfast is good. There are no photos of the carpark, but because the hotel is just outside of town, the parking spaces are very generous. They are large enough to take a bike trailer with 4 bikes and we see a few cars with bikes. It's a short walk to the town centre for food. The town itself is lovely and both the town and the walk feels very safe for families.

Friendly staffs, fair breakfast, nice room service. But the swimming pool is a little bit small, and kids kept springing into the pool, which is very dangerous. So we didn’t enjoy the pool much.
