The staff is friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean and well equipped for overnight stay, breakfast is perfectly decent. It's a short walk from the train station, there's a grocery store right next to the hotel, it's walking distance (15 or so minutes to the city centre). It's a perfect compromise for budget - location - pleasant stay.
