The hotel room was basic, but clean and everything was provided. The location next to the station was good. Unfortunately the other guests made it an unpleasant experience. On one night drunk men shouted, threw things and hammered on the doors of the corridor for about an hour, causing all the guests on the floor to wake up. Another night was also disturbed by young men shouting and banging on doors in the corridor.

We are sorry to read that your stay was disturbed by the behaviour of other guests. Please be assured that we take these situations seriously. Our reception team did intervene several times and went upstairs to address the noise. When the disturbance continued, our team warned the guests that the police would be contacted if necessary, after which the situation became quiet again. Unfortunately, we cannot always prevent the inappropriate behaviour of individual guests, but we always do our best to react as quickly as possible and ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.
