The hotel suited our purposes, and the room was clean and had what we needed. I did think the price was rather expensive, and the room was very small and hot. It would have been nice to be able to open the window. The hallway was also very hot and humid and did not seem well ventilated. But the room was clean and and staff was helpful. I also did not realize that parking in the nearby parking lot would be nearly 30€ per night. So overall it was fine but I will look at other options the next time I go to Leuven.

The breakfast was good, rooms convenient, comfortable beds, everything clean. It was a little bit noisy from the station and one drawback was the accommodation of homeless group in the hotel.

Good hotel clean and tidy no hassle booking in or out,staff very friendly,ideal for short stay,room very small but for a budget hotel it was what you'd expect,other than that it is ideal for a short stay if your on a business trip as of its close proximity to train and bus station and center of Luven is approx 15min walk

Poor offering of options for breakfast. No hot food, for the amount paid to stay it would have been expected, €235.55 for two nights without proper breakfast. Room was very small, room 702, the hotel is described as a budget hotel, what is provided is budget standard but the price charged was not a budget price.

Our breakfast proposed at €13 per person is an all-you-can-eat buffet, with a large selection of sweet and savoury items, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, bread, boiled eggs and more. While we do not offer hot cooked dishes, this is in line with the ibis budget concept. Our breakfast price is also comparable to other hotels in the same category. Regarding room 702, this is actually one of our larger rooms and benefits from a very pleasant view. We are therefore surprised that you found it particularly small. My room had everything I needed, with separate toilet and shower rooms. It was big enough for me, but might be a squash for two, depending on how much luggage they have. TV had plenty of channels, including BBC and France Today. It is convenient for the station - get the lift to the "bridge", cross it away from the square and cafes, turn left at the end, and keep going until you reach if on the left. Location was quiet but within easy reach of the old centre. WiFi was poor, didn't stay connected for long. But overall, it was a good choice at a reasonable price. Leuven is nice and deserves a day of your time!

I've stayed at the hotel for 3 separate times (18-20,22-25,28-31 of July) I had no doubt returning to this hotel each time I had such a great experience in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful for any of my needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was top level. Easy check-in easy checkout. The rooms were so good, better than a lot of hotels I've been. The location is perfect, on the train station but I didn't hear trains at night and less than 10 minutes walk to the city centre. I very enjoyed the hotel and I very recommend it to everyone

I really enjoyed my stay in Ibis Budget Leuven. It was right beside the train station, which was the reason I booked to stay here as I was travelling by train every day to different parts of Belgium. Very quiet and felt very safe as a female travelling alone. Supermarket and places to eat near by, and centre is approx 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend.
