Good base accommodation. Beds comfy and room was basic and small but fitted our needs. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of fresh bread, pastries fruit and coffee. We stayed for our last night of a month interrail holiday before leaving on Eurostar the next morning back to London. This hotel was great value compared to Brussels our room was clean and comfortable and great location for us next to the train station(very quiet)

Stayed in Room 101, which was tiny. Uncomfortably small toilet. Was about to book for a relative in November but they would be very uncomfortable here.

Having spent time with you every year, I was very disappointed this year. During one night I was awoken at 3:30 in the morning by a policeman knocking on a number of doors. In the morning I spoke to reception . . . They were completely unaware of any problems during the night. I was amazed at their lack of empathy. I left the following morning with the prospect of a long drive home to England.

I can understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, especially after being woken during the night. Unfortunately, there was a disturbance involving a group of young guests during the night, which required police intervention and disturbed other guests. I am also very sorry that, when you spoke to our reception team the following morning, they were not yet aware of what had happened and therefore did not respond to you as we should have. Location at the train station is very convenient. The bus station is just around the corner, so getting around in Leuven from this place is a breeze. The room is kept very clean. Everything is a bit tight (small room, small shower, toilet is in a sort of cupboard), but it all functions well and is spotless. Drawback: no desk to sit at and do a bit of work. Also: don't expect equipment for coffee and tea making (you have to go downstairs, there are good machines there with excellent coffee), and there is no fridge. Breakfast is a good continental style breakfast.

The location was very convenient, the room was clean but a bit small and the toilet- shower arangement was a bit weird

The hotel suited our purposes, and the room was clean and had what we needed. I did think the price was rather expensive, and the room was very small and hot. It would have been nice to be able to open the window. The hallway was also very hot and humid and did not seem well ventilated. But the room was clean and and staff was helpful. I also did not realize that parking in the nearby parking lot would be nearly 30€ per night. So overall it was fine but I will look at other options the next time I go to Leuven.
