Easy to find, in the center of Leuven. A good service and peacefull place to stay... Spacious rooms.. Only prices are kinda high, especially when making reservations for a longer period. You can't get discount if staying for an extensive period... That's the only thing that should be reconsidered... Still, like I said... Worth a try.🙏

Friendly staff at the reception, but the room was very basic which makes it a bit of an expensive stay for what you get.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are a bit small but confortable and warm. I had some difficulty finding parking but there were no problems. The parking for one night is very expensive (27 Euros in the Central Station's parking) I paid for the room by credit card and the breakfast in cash during the check in (10,90 Euros) In the morning my name was not on the breakfast list. I asked for clarification and the front desk asked for the receipt of the cash payment (It's fair to ask but.... I asked the girl twice (during the check in the day before) to print the receipt straight after payment. She told me it wasn't possible for certain reasons and that she would send it the next day via email. Fortunately, the director's intervention was very helpful and very polite. They apologized for the inconvenience and found the trace of the payment.

Extremely well locted, at the centre of transportation infrastructure (railway station, bus station, just a short walk away). The hotel and room was clean, but the room was very small and cramped with three beds. The personnel was helpful and professional.
