Acomodação boa. Chuveiro excelente. Limpeza do quarto ótima. Wi-fi médio. TV pode ter mais opções de canais. Cozinha e café da manhã deixam a desejar... Pratos no cardápio que não tem a disposição. Demora na entrega dos pratos e comida vem fria. As batatas fritas em especial parecem aquelas batatas palhas de saquinho de supermercado. Pelo preço cobrado nos pratos a qualidade e variedade deveria ser melhor.

Sou hóspede frequente da rede Accor, me surpreendi NEGATIVAMENTE com o Ibis Americana, hotel sujo, mal conservado, parece que está abandonado. Para se ter uma ideia no meu quaró tinha até teia de aranha no teto, geladeira suja, chão peguento, toalhas muito velhas, ou seja, longe de ser um padrão Ibis, uma pena.

Long check-in time, charged the wrong price. There is no drinking water available at the hotel, just cans you pay for (7 reias), and there aren't even cups in the room.
