The hotel is fine like all the IBIS I went to, but the food was very poor. Also, the receptionists in all the cases I went to the Ibis Itatiba do not speak English at all.

Room was clean and breakfast had a great variety.. The disappoint was that one rate was told on the Phone during reservation, but I was charged another rate at the desk.

Good room, great reception, good bed and clean room. The hotel has parking, next to the mall and next to the a little beer factory very delicious. This hotel doesn't stay next to the downtown, but a business travel is a great option.
