It was a very good stay. Due to jet lag I talked in French to André at the reception and he answered in French, to my surprise we continued in English and ende our lovely conversation in German. People are very nice, the housekeeping even found a jacket of mine while waiting in the lobby. It is a nice place to stay and the staff makes you to come back eagerly

Unfortunately, I have often experienced issues receiving invoices automatically from Ibis hotels. In most cases, after a few follow-ups, I am eventually able to obtain the document. However, with this particular Ibis, it has been impossible to establish contact — the phone line does not work, emails go unanswered, and Accor support has not been helpful. It has now been over a month since my stay, and I still have not received my invoice, which prevents me from submitting my expenses to my company.
