Someone Audit this Hotel Please!!

Someone from the ALL central team urgently needs to visit and audit this hotel. • Poor infrastructure • Lack of maintenance • Unprepared reception staff with no uniforms • Main entrance locked at 11 PM, requiring guests to manually open an automatic door with both hands • Safety risks in the rooms As a Gold member, this was undoubtedly the worst hotel in the network I have ever stayed at. Avoid it!

I did the check in online but it didn't work, so I needed to do it again. I order a room for couple and I received it for single. And the Hotel didn't changed it. The keys was always demagnetizing. No water in the room at all, including for drinking and for batth on Saturdary. The option was to buy it in the hotel paying R$ 10,00. To pay, ok but the price is not fair. Light on the roof was not working. There was no food on weekends. Attendances don't know any information about restaurants near to the hotel. The attendances spend hours and hours to return a simple ask. There was no towel for face. The accessibility is precarious. I kind ask the Group to review it.
