On my first night, I had little black bugs come out from the air conditioner. I killed four of them. This was disturbing and after having another one come out, I called front reception. Mattheus was very apologetic and helpful and moved me to a different room, which had no problems, but this happened at 10:30 at night when I was already ready for bed. The maid service cleaning the room daily was excellent, and the breakfast was always very good. There should be a microwave available to the guests to make coffee if they choose.

Virtually a derelict hotel… clogged bathroom sink, “hygienic” hose squirting water everywhere; cheapest ever sink and bathroom soap; air conditioner basically flooding the room…poor quality pillows, mattress, human hair on sheets and pillow case upon check in… after staying there for 15-20 years , this was my last time staying there.
