The staff was always helpful and caring. The room was clean and a good size. The location was also great, with easy access to the entire city.

Great service at the front desk and an efficient check-in. However, the room was disappointing: torn bed sheet, worn-out towels with no face towel, a bathroom bin without a lid, and a very noisy air conditioner. These issues led me to give a score of 6.

Stayed while on business in Itu and the room was good for a single person. Would have liked to have some TV options in English and the bathroom smelled of mildew, not sure if that was just the water or if it was actually the shower.
