I have two complaints about my stay: 1-) I was informed the hotel had a parking lot, however, once I arrived I've noticed the parking lot was from a third party. Their responsible didn't provide me enough information for parking and told me to leave the car in a space for people with disabilities. When I asked the hotel for support, they told they had nothing to with it. 2-) The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly since even though I tried to adjust the temperature, it maintained the minimum temperature. Since I thought I was misusing it, I've adjusted the air conditioning to use just the 'fan', nevertheless, it didn't work since it kept the air conditioning in the minimum temperature. To conclude, I gave up and decided to turn it off. This is not what I expect from a brand that prioritize customer satisfaction. As an old time IBIS customer, I don't expect to stay in the 'Budget' brand anymore.

The stay was ok, as usual. But the parking vallet service needs to improve a lot. They do not have any organization when dealing with people arriving and levaing to respect the order on which people will have their car returned from the parking lot. People do not respect the line (which is not well identified - actually not identified at all - so they just don't know that there is a line) and the vallet guys just don't care if someone is waiting for too long to have his/her car back. Even informing them that they are not respecting the order, they say they are not able "guess" who has arrived first, instead of asking and correcting the sistuation. (they ignore what you say and not only that, they are disrespectful with people, saying they are not a medium to guess who got there first. That is just unnacceptable. Specially because we are paying for that "service"). It's really sad that the hotel is losing a weekly guest because of a really bad service, which is not directly provided by the hotel, but is the first impression about the hotel for the guest for sure.

We just stayed one night at the hotel .I would say that it took a long time at the front desk. The room was nicer than my expectation and the price paying the parking and breakfast was the same price as if I would stayed in an upper class hotel like Ibis styles. The room was clean , but the corridor was dirty. The breakfast was good with a good variety of breads and juices. The next time I will stay in Ibis Styles.

My time with my kids in the property was tranquil and good. We really liked a lot. The staff is respectiful. The bathroom could be a little bit bigger, and the extra bed could be on the floor. Anyway, was amazing.

The door of my room won't lock so I had to run for the breakfast so nobody would try to get in while I was out. During the night I locked it from inside so I was safe (and haven't noted at that time that the locker was not working). Also, since people usually utilised Ibis Budget for quick stay, have amenities would help for the shower.

I had to stay one night in Campinas and they directed me to Ibis. the hotel met my needs for a comfortable place to spend the night. Positive points: hotel aesthetics, professional service, comfortable room, great shower to regain energy and a good breakfast to start the day.

The room was very nice and etc. However it was too much expensive, even if I have made a late check in. I paid 145 for my room, without breakfast. If it was less than 120, it would be accptable, and 100 would be OK.

The stay was what I expected, however the shower drops a lot of water inside the room, which is very uncomfortable.

The default room is great. Everywhere is the same. Breakfast was really delicious with a lot of options. After checkout I could use the ground floor to keep working (with internet) until my flight: that was awesome.

A newer Ibis Budget! I stayed there for one night,to go to the Airport the next day. The breakfast was fine and the space very clean! The windows are well isolated, so the highway behind the building was not a problem.

Check in and ckeck our were quick and efficient. Breakfast was very good. The room is too small and one has to be careful not to bump into the wall or furniture.... I had to go around the bed very carefully to reach the other side of the room, waking sideways and putting my head down to avoid hitting hit the head against the tv set. Also the hangers were so tighlty set, fixed into the wall, that I gave up trying to hang my clothes. Missed a bench to put my suitcase on. And the door to the wc little room closed automatically, pushing you against the wc... I just placed the garbage can to let the door open and avoid hitting my head again....
