Regarding early check-in, our hotel policy establishes a 50% charge of the daily rate for arrivals before the standard check-in time. As an ALL Gold member, complimentary early check-in is available from 1:00 p.m., subject to room availability. Unfortunately, arrivals earlier than this remain subject to the applicable early check-in fee. Regarding the parking, please note that it is operated by a third-party company. Nevertheless, we will forward your comments to the parking management team for their review. We also regret that we were unable to provide a complimentary power adapter during your stay. After a long, overnight internatuinal flight, I arrived at this hotel at 09:00 a.m. When I asked if I, as an Accor member, could check in around noon, the receptionist informed me, per hotel policy, that even though a room was empty and available, I would have to pay 50 percent of my nightly rate to check-in 3 hours early. Naturally, I refused, as most hotel chains (i.e. Marriott) allow their members to check-in 1-4 hours early. I didn't pay for a half day, waited until shortly before 3 pm to check-in. Moreover, upon check-out I had a problem with parking manager, who tried to bill me an extra day of parking for having entered his garage at 9 am and leaving at 10 am -- even though he himself told a day earlier that there would be no need to pay more than 1 day parking if I left the hotel before noon. Finally, when I asked the front desk attendant to loan me an adapter plug for my American cell phone recharger, I was offered instead a chance to buy one from the hotel for US$16.00. One block away from the hotel, I bought a simple adapter for US$2.00. I will never stay at this hotel again because of poor customer service all the way around.

My wife and I are pretty small, and we barely fit in the WC. To top it off, there was excrement stuck to the inside of the door and I went downstairs to request a different room, the receptionist reacted as if that was a normal routine, hardly giving it any air of surprise and intent to reprimand someone.

I always stay at Ibis Budget when visiting Campinas, it offers good value for money. This last time however I felt that the experience was inferior, mainly because of housekeeping. The cleaners were very noisy, chatting loudly at the hallway all the time. Also they took away one of the towels and all soap bars after cleaning my room and didn't replace them (I had to ask reception to bring it - and they even said that I could go down and get it next time!). Finally, on my last day they knocked at my door for housekeeping 1 hour before check out, which clearly shows that they don't have an organised schedule for the rooms.
