Staff was very friendly and patient with us (non-Portuguese speaking visitors). I initially had a room where the A/C wasn't working and I was moved to a new room immediately. The rooms, while small, were very comfortable and functional (except I didn't like that the door to the WC wouldn't prop open). Breakfast was very nice too.

I was working in Piracicaba and a need a place to sleep. I love the silence and I found it in this hotel. The breakfast was simple. I don´t use the vending machine or the other services to avaliate. The wifi are very good.

It will be the first and last time that i will be hosted at Ibis Budget

The guys charged for 32 BRL for a coffee break that didn't had either a hot coffee. Very dissatisfied.

The staying at the ibis budget was good but not great. The room was great, it satisfied my needs but the breakfast wasn't good enough, there's was some bread, cakes e bananas, the fruit was a little black, not good for eating, I didn't like at all. Well, the food wasn't fresh... I think it should improve!!!

Old building. When I found cockroach when opening the room. Curtains were dirty and cleaning was poor. This is the worst Ibis I’ve been so far.

Hotel is basic but functional. Clean rooms, good beds and nice shower, all I need when travelling alone.

The problem was the cleaning. When i arrived the bed was not cleaned very dusty ( the single one upstairs) only the double bed downstairs was cleaned.
