We had a wonderful sray in Phuket. The hotel was ideally located. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but feel the choices were limited. However, we were able to get Halal options.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious.
The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar, which offers a beautiful city view and a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and a hotel I would be happy to stay at again!

The bath room glass window panels are although frosted, but the interior is still visual to nearby building like Courtyard, better to have blinds to block the light and view from outside.

The biggest area for improvement is the room sound insulation. Better soundproofing would greatly enhance the overall guest experience, especially for families with young children and guests who value a quiet environment.
The door-closing mechanism could also be adjusted to reduce the loud slamming noise, as it seemed noticeably louder than at other Accor properties I have stayed at.
In addition, while the breakfast offered a reasonable variety of dishes, the food replenishment could be more consistent throughout the breakfast service to better reflect the standards expected of an Accor mid-scale hotel.
With these improvements, I believe the hotel would provide an even better overall experience, as the location, atmosphere, and staff service were all excellent.
