Staff, hotel and location are amazing. The hotel was clean, people were friendly and I felt very welcomed in the hotel. The only point that I wouldn't give a 10, its because of the thin walls, that you can hear anyone walking nearby your room. Apart from that, it was really a 10.

Despite not being located near the centre, the Train station is nearby (2 minutes' walking distance), the hotel offers rooms <<value for money>> ,and very friendly staff. Clean rooms , complimentary coffees, tea and water, refrigerator, nice lobby.

The problem we had at the hotel was related to the food. Besides taking a long time, the food was bad, cold, and we were even hesitant to eat it when it arrived. If you aren't able to provide good food, don't offer it at all

Location: The hotel is in a good location and conveniently close to the station. Staff: The staff were friendly, polite, and well behaved. Noise: Unfortunately, the soundproofing is very poor. Traffic noise and sounds from other rooms could be heard throughout both the day and night, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Bedding: There was no proper duvet or blanket cover. Two bedsheets had been used as a makeshift cover, which was uncomfortable, so we ended up using the blanket without it. Overall: The hotel is not bad overall, especially considering its convenient location and friendly staff. However, the poor soundproofing and bedding arrangement could be improved significantly.

I requested in the reservation a inner room so i was not facing the avenue and noises and when i arrives they told me there were no available rooms. And also they gave me 2nd floor even worst as it was just in front of the street. And my colleagues that did not ask for any particular room received 5th floor. So more away from noises. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. Despite having a written confirmation that my reservation dates had been changed, and after checking in at the front desk around 1:00 p.m. where staff confirmed everything was in order and accepted our luggage, my group of 15 family members and friends returned that evening only to be told that our four rooms were no longer available. The hotel later acknowledged that Accor’s central reservation system had mistakenly reverted my confirmed reservation dates, resulting in an internal error. Unfortunately, instead of contacting me by phone after we had already checked in, the hotel only sent an email while we were out sightseeing. As a result, we were left without accommodations at 8:00 p.m. and had to urgently find another hotel during the busy summer season, paying significantly more and splitting our families into separate rooms. I appreciate that the staff eventually acknowledged the error, but the situation caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and disrupted what should have been the beginning of a wonderful family vacation. I hope Accor reviews its internal reservation processes and communication procedures so that no other guest experiences what we did.

Como ya le habíamos explicado anteriormente, el hotel procesó correctamente su solicitud de modificación de la reserva y le envió una confirmación actualizada. Lamentablemente, debido a un error en el Sistema Central de Reservas (CRS) de Accor, la reserva volvió a las fechas originales sin que el hotel realizara ninguna acción al respecto. Lamentamos profundamente el impacto que este error del sistema tuvo en su estancia. Hemos remitido toda la documentación pertinente, junto con el historial completo de la reserva, a Accor para que puedan investigar lo sucedido y adoptar las medidas oportunas con el fin de evitar que una situación similar vuelva a producirse en el futuro. 服务人员服务态度恶劣，因为我们入住的晚上2点，我们定的双床房，结果说没了，只有一间双床，想想太晚了，也可以勉强接受，然后我们进去房间一看两个都是大床房，找前台问说没有了，声音大了一点，前台的态度非常差，一直喊叫警察，没想到西班牙的酒店服务这么差，还是一个全球连锁酒店，简直是连中国的汉庭酒店都比不了，没有任何道歉！ We checked in at around 2:00 a.m. We had booked a twin room in advance, but the front desk claimed there was only one twin room left. Given how late it was, we decided to make do with it. However, upon entering the room, we found that both beds were queen-size beds instead of twin beds. We went back to the front desk to raise this issue, only to be told no genuine twin rooms were available at all. When we spoke up a little louder to clarify the problem, the receptionist had an extremely rude attitude and even threatened to call the police repeatedly. This is an international chain hotel, yet its service is shockingly poor—far worse than budget hotel brands like Hanting back in China.

Location is around 5mins walk to the Metro. There are establishments nearby, like grocery/restaurant. Bathroom was huge, room was clean. The only complain was, when the cleaner mopped the bathroom, i think her mop wasn’t properly washed as the smell isn’t good. I have to open the window for few minutes so the smell will go away.
