One of the worst experiences at Accor! A room with no chair, no desk, no comfort, for the price of a luxury hotel! I requested a late check-out at 1 p.m., which I am normally entitled to with my Platinum status... The staff told me that it would be complicated, that I would have to make a request the next morning, and finally that I absolutely had to be gone by 1 p.m. This is unacceptable!

We arrived Friday night to be told that the family room that we had booked was unavailable no contact from the hotel earlier in the day in case we wanted to make other arrangements We where given 2 double rooms for a family of 4 so we did not get to spend the night as a family We had no option but to take the rooms or we would of had no room for the night It would of been nice for the hotel to maybe cover the tourist tax side of things to say sorry but this didn’t happen

worst experience of the wifi system,i stay for 3 nights and its only working on the first day, the room is extremely noisy as i can clearly hear outside voice, also the air conditioner didn’t really provide warm wind ,pretty cold.

Shattered glass in the room

Pros: the location is good, many supermarkets and cafes are around. Cons: the cleanliness. Very very low. When we checked it we found out that there was a shattered glass all over the room. The receptionist didn’t do anything (she said that she didn’t see anything) except bringing us a vacuum cleaner and we vacuumed ourselves!!!! The next days the “cleaning” was folding the towels and making the bed. No cleaning the bathroom or the floor. I also found a pillow case in my suitcase. So if you want a clean room- they is not the place.
