definitely not the best of stays. the hotel is very old, outdated. the rooms are unclean and just stale, curtains...everything. beds are not beds. Our kids had an old sofa bed and it was so full of gaps between and behind that we had to stuff a few blankets in there so they don’t fall in between. the porch door did also not have a lock so we had to jam a chair between the sofa bed and the porch door to make sure our kids are safe and can’t access the 4th story terrace. air conditioning very old and bad...breakfast also not satisfactory, whenever we asked about some food that was empty, we were told they don’t have that anymore. The location is also not good. I get that this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, but this is very bad and we will definitely not be using the Mercure brand again. just not worth the money, as you can get much better for that price

Staff, hotel and location are amazing. The hotel was clean, people were friendly and I felt very welcomed in the hotel. The only point that I wouldn't give a 10, its because of the thin walls, that you can hear anyone walking nearby your room. Apart from that, it was really a 10.
