The hotel is rated as a 4-star property, but my experience was far below the expected standard. First, there were serious cleanliness issues in the room. The sofas had visible stains, and the room was clearly not cleaned properly. Second, during breakfast, the cutlery was often dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Third, the trash bins near the reception area were constantly overflowing, creating a very poor first impression and showing a lack of basic maintenance. I previously stayed at a Mercure hotel in Krakow and expected the same level of quality and service, but the difference was significant — the Krakow hotel was much better in every aspect. I also chose this hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday, yet on the day itself I did not receive even a small compliment or acknowledgment from the hotel, which is surprising for an international chain. After this last stay, it is very unlikely that I will return to this hotel chain again.

Ideal location next to station, daily cleaning, quiet neighbourhood I would prefer more variety in breakfast but in the breakfast all foods were tasty and fresh.

One of the worst experiences at Accor! A room with no chair, no desk, no comfort, for the price of a luxury hotel! I requested a late check-out at 1 p.m., which I am normally entitled to with my Platinum status... The staff told me that it would be complicated, that I would have to make a request the next morning, and finally that I absolutely had to be gone by 1 p.m. This is unacceptable!

We arrived Friday night to be told that the family room that we had booked was unavailable no contact from the hotel earlier in the day in case we wanted to make other arrangements We where given 2 double rooms for a family of 4 so we did not get to spend the night as a family We had no option but to take the rooms or we would of had no room for the night It would of been nice for the hotel to maybe cover the tourist tax side of things to say sorry but this didn’t happen
