Clean hotel located near public transport

This hotel is clean and relatively quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located outside of the city center, but very close to public transportation and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The one complaint I have is that I did not receive the room that I reserved. The staff tried to "upgrade" me to a higher floor, but this meant I would have a smaller bed. I had reserved a room with two single beds and a sofa. The "upgrade" had one double/queen bed and a sofa. When I asked for the room I had reserved instead of the "upgrade", I was given a room with three single beds and no sofa. A higher floor is not worth 4 nights of compromised sleep in a smaller bed for the two of us.

Nice location and comfortable hotel. One slight mix up was breakfast was included according to the booking in the APP but not on check out, where I had to pay for one night. I left too early on the Saturday to enjoy breakfast after the second night. According to needs to ensure bookings and APP tie up so there is no confusion.
