The Mercure hotel is very well located and close to the subway entrance. The rooms were updated and spotless. I would definitely consider it again when returning to visit Barcelona.

The AIR CONDITION OF THE ROOM IS NOT WORKING AND JUST HAVE A VERY BAD FAN MAKING ALOT OF NOISE AND NON HEALTHY IT WAS MY LAST NIGHT IN THIS HOTEL I WONT REPEAT IT AGAIN

The hotel was in a very nice location calm and family friendly. A little far from public transportation. Very clean place. Staff super friendly and helpful. However the lobby was exrremely small, no bar or coffee available.

Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was delicious. As the room was booked for a sporting event the hotel staff were prepared for information to get to the event and suggestions. As the room was ready and we arrived early we were allowed early access to the room so we could get out straight away to see the sights of Barcelona. Thank you so much for such a good hotel experience. Access to and from the airport was a reasonable 30 minutes taxi and once at the hotel central Barcelona was a 30 minute walk.

Quite far to get to, there’s no bottled water from the 2nd night. One day it was pouring rain outside, they don’t even have umbrella to borrow, doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel at all.

On that particular day, all our umbrellas had been borrowed by other guests due to the heavy rain. We are working on increasing our stock to better serve our guests in the future.
