I stayed five nights. The staff were all friendly and kind, especially the breakfast staff. The room was cleaned every day with attention to detail. Ideal location close to metro and supermarket.

Hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast selection was adequate not the best we've had an accor Mercure hotel but it was fine.

check in was nice and quick, we arrived early and the reception team were more than happy to store our luggage safely until our room was ready. Friendly staff from the receptionists to the housekeeping team.

I was disappointed with the level of service during my stay. The staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and often came across as rude or dismissive. Simple requests were met with reluctance, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I had hoped for a more pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the poor customer service overshadowed the rest of my stay.
