I think the Hotel was okay. 4 star Hotels are not 4 star Hotels as I know them anymore, in Spain at least. There were no Facilities, only a small Bar in the Reception area, & a Restaurant for Breakfast, which we didn't use, at 15 €'s a head. The Room was comfortable enough, & the Reception Staff helpful enough. But there were no frills. It wasn't difficult to get into the centre, but I am sure you could find an equal, if not better falicitised Hotel in the centre for the same amount.

I work in hospitality and have been staying at hotels for a very long time; i now realize that something that makes a trip successful is not only the room and amenities/during the stay, but post-stay as well. I unfortunately forgot an item in my bedroom last week and have since tried to call the hotel every day, asking for my lost item. The staff is now filtering my calls, isn't answering or answers and then proceeds to hang up on me. Unacceptable and very disappointed. Unfortunate as most of the company employees I work with need to stay at the hotel, considering its location and proximity to our offices (same street). I will make sure to let them know not to stay there ever again. Nicolas S.

The hotel was a little to far away from where we thought it was situated and it made getting to and fro locations difficult.

The experience was generally very good. The most outstanding part of the stay was the hospitality shown by an employee, whose name I cannot recall. She is blond, with very blue eyes and perhaps a German accent. In the five week stay we had in various hotels in Spain and Portugal she was outstanding in her attempts to provide information, advice, and general kindness.

good location, mediocre service, small hotel room

the location is very good. The service is only ok, the cleaning was not properly done. The family room is much smaller than expected or in website, the corridor is a huge design mistake which rarely seen in hotel room.
