I stayed at this hotel for few days. I was very disappointed with the service. I expected much better from this type of establishment. We tried to watch the Champions League final. No one could help us. The Chromecast wasn't working, we had no channels on our TV, and we received no help, no consideration, and no compensation. The reception computer was playing rap music on a loop all day. I was quite surprised. The reception area was more like a hostel. In short, very disappointed!

Lovely hotel in nice location. Nice, friendly staff, clean rooms and not far from metro stations. Short walk to Gaudi houses and Gracia area with lovely shops and cafes.

The property is quite dated, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hallways and inside our suite. We stayed in a suite, but the sofa bed was in very poor condition. It was heavily worn, sagging in the middle, and squeaked with even the slightest movement, making it very uncomfortable for our children to sleep on. The air conditioning and ventilation system were not effective enough to keep the room cool and comfortable. The lobby is extremely small, and there is virtually no common lounge or relaxation area for guests. In addition, our shampoo dispenser was empty upon arrival and was only refilled after our third reminder to the staff. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort, maintenance, and guest service.
