It was a little disappointed that I did email asking for ground floor which was agreed on. Unfortunately was told when I arrived we where put on the 3rd floor and could not be changed.

Preference would be to have access to mini-bar, but the option for items from 24hr reception meet my requirements.

The room and location were perfect! Cleaned beautifully each day, I felt so safe staying there solo and being able to just slip next door to the leagues club was great. The only issue was I had no hot water on one of the arvos which was disappointing after a long day at the netball carnival.

I stayed at the property during a very busy event weekend and paid an absolute premium for 2 nights compared to what other guests had paid (and knowing full well what the standard rate normally is). I was placed in a room overlooking Panthers (not by choice) and was kept awake by extremely loud music both nights - it felt like the band was in my hotel room! I’m not normally one to complain, but having early starts each morning I was not impressed. I was told if you book rooms that do not overlook Panthers you do not hear a thing - if you are planning on booking I would take note. Not only did I pay an overinflated price but I am also an Accor member - I would have thought that would have been considered during room allocations. Very disappointed.
