The staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone always greeted you with a smile and pleasant chat. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable with everything you would need. I didn't try all the facilities the hotel offers but the bar and restaurant were fantastic, the food - chefs kiss! Perfectly positioned to the stadiums for shows, short walk through the park. Would stay again in a heartbeat and actually look forward to it!

Bar staff were great. Ironing board in my room was broken ie. Rm: 922. Shower recess in Room 2022 was blocked - I had my relative in that room. Teabags and bottled water not replaced for a two-night stay. No bottle opener in the room therefore cannot open beer bottles.

The staff were lovely and helpful from the moment of our arrival. We have stayed at the Pullman several times- we love it for the location, views, breakfast and especially how easy it is to get to. With a four hour drive for us to get to Melbourne when we arrive we just want to relax!! Pullman on the park is for us a home away from home!

comfortable but few points could be better for a premium priced five star hotel for eg: only one lift to parking which broke down so had to move luggage manually :parking was prepaid in my booking but it took 3 different staff over the 30 mins to sort out. check in and check oou staff both were lovely though

I came down for one night, it was my first time staying at the Pullman Hotel. The room was perfect, my Dad and I were able to check-in early, which was great. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a breakfast package, so the buffet breakfast in the morning was so delicious. Everything was easy, relaxing and comfortable.
