I have EXCELLENT experience here, even though I only stayed for a night. As a Platinum Accor member, I received all the benefits (nothing was forgotten) although I didn't use them all 😊 My room was upgraded - The Privilege Room is clean, big and cozy. I had an excellent day nap time and night sleep. The amenities were complete. The welcome cake good. The minibar drinks good. In fact, the coffee machine was the only thing not working. The service was wonderful too. Everyone was polite and full of smile. I got my afternoon tea nicely. Then breakfast option was plentiful and yummy. Oh, the location is excellent because it is close to Cikini trainstation, to Transjakarta bus station too, and several delicious street hawkers, fast-food chains, and restaurants. So yes, my first experience and I am happy to report a 5-stars staying experience. No nitpicking complain whatsoever 😄 Oh probably suggestion, it was RAINING HARD when I stayed overnight. Maybe the hotel could provide free umbrella to borrow?? Of course guests must show proof that they will return to the hotel, or else this will easily be stolen 😅

The high quality of food is appreciated, along with the friendly staff. But the rooms are noisy when trains pass or when there is heavy traffic.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very enjoyable. I also really liked the breakfast, as it offered a wide variety of options to choose from. There was a small issue during check-in. I had requested a twin bed when booking, but I was given a single bed instead. However, it wasn’t a big problem and didn’t affect my overall experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back again.
