We truly appreciate your honesty and your constructive comments, as they are invaluable in helping us improve our services and facilities. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We regret to learn about the unavailability of staff at the rooftop bar at the scheduled afternoon tea time. Your feedback regarding time management and operational readiness has been taken seriously, and this matter has been communicated to our management and the related departments for immediate review and improvement to ensure better preparation going forward. We also apologize for the shortcomings in product knowledge and communication from our restaurant team on the lower floor. Additional training and refreshment sessions will be conducted to enhance clarity, confidence, and overall guest interaction. Regarding the room condition, we are very sorry to hear about the dust, unpleasant odor from the cups and glasses, and the cleanliness issue with the jar lid. This certainly does not reflect our cleanliness standards. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team and management, and corrective actions, including tighter supervision and retraining, are being implemented to prevent a recurrence. On a positive note, we are grateful for your kind recognition of our friendly and courteous team.
