I enjoyed my first stay in a Mercure hotel. The receptionist, Pau, was very helpful to show me the ways of Indonesia. The bed was particularly comfortable. The full Asian breakfast was exceptional. This is the hotel I will return to when I am next in Jakarta.

This is my second time staying here. Last time, the service was a top notch, and the food are great. You guys even served candy flosh for guests. This is also become my reason to stay at this hotel again. But this time, i barely got a seat because it's too crowded. And some of the food items were empty. I thought they haven't refill the container, but after 3 times back to the display, they are still empty. Fyi, i went to breakfast 6.40am. I think the manager should pay attention to this. Other than the breakfast issue, the room are neat and clean.
