We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced regarding the cleanliness of the room and the smoking smell. We would like to clarify that your reservation at the time of check-in. Upon your arrival, you agreed to stay on a smoking floor. However, understanding your comfort and preference, on the second day we arranged an upgrade to provide you with a better room experience. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that the room condition and smoking smell did not meet the standards you expected from Mercure Jakarta Cikini.
