A very relaxing buffet breakfast at the Mercure Cikini. Tasty macaroni and cheese plus lovely croissants were highlights, and some refreshing coffee also. Very friendly and informative customer service from Hezkiel - I talked to him for a long time about Indonesia - a very professional and energetic waiter in the restaurant. Overall, it was a nice experience at this four star hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying Iftar at Mercure Jakarta Cikini, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel had thoughtfully set up a beautiful buffet with an extensive selection. The staff were extremely attentive, ensuring that every guest felt well taken care especially Agi and Aris. the food was absolutely fantastic, was prepared with care. I also thank all the staff involved in giving me a birthday surprise, thank you very much guys. Overall, the Iftar at Mercure Jakarta Cikini was an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and memorable meal during Ramadan. I look forward to returning next year!
