I stayed at the hotel for 10 days for the Thailand ASQ process. I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel, I found the room very comfortable and good facilities inside, while all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the choices of food I was provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. It was good to have many options and overall was enjoyable.

I enjoyed the stay. The service was with a smile and all personnel had a heart to serve the customer. I enjoyed being able to select my meals, except when the internet went down there was no alternative way to order. Also, I paid for 15 nights but stayed 11 and am still awaiting my refund from Agoda. I don’t know how to handle this. This disservice makes me suspicious of the whole system, including Ibis Styles, (in spite of the good service) because Ibis Styles is in league with Agoda! Thank you for hearing me!

I was impressed with all the quarantine protocols. Good job in keeping them. We really enjoyed the food. Good variety, excellent volume. We would have liked to see some more variety in fruits that was served. Same kinds of fruits two or three times a day for 10 days straight... We expect more when we’re in a country with a great variety of fruits. Other than that, no complaints. Great service, clean room, good wifi, good A/C...

The Microwave was actually provided in the deluxe room, I understand you have choosen to stay in Superior room where basic facilities have provided however we also have this item available for rent which I am sorry if this information did not communicate during your stay. With regard to the food quality I have shared this feedback with the team for further improvement. I also noted your issue of food delivery and understood the team have explained you we usually delivery items from outside together with daily meals period to minimize traffic and ensure safety of our guest and team however we also flexible in your case to immediately delivered once requested. Ibis style staff and manager failed to comply with the new Covid regulation quarantine by Thaiembassy website which I tried many times by emailing, unfortunately, the manager did not understand or reason with my questions or emails - because of that, I made a decision in a panic way to leave or call the police. yes and sorry does not solve the problem by ibis staff, thank you for having me good life lesson

the hotel is nice, staffs all are nice and helpful. only the location is residential area, not much night activity. BTS station is only a few minutes away, Tuk Tuk can send you or pick you up at BTS station. Only 4 stations to go to Terminal 21, Asok.
