bad experience, book at trip.com, when try to check in, hotel front desk told me they didnt received order from trip. end up with paying walk in rate(triple from the original booking) to check in. after check in, trip.com told me they have to cancel the original order with hotel, which means : hotel received order, but they dont allow me to check in with the cheaper rate which i got from trip.com.

Dear Wooi L. C., Please be informed that this reservation was made through an agent. As per standard procedure, agent bookings cannot be cancelled or amended by the hotel directly. Therefore, any cancellation of the original booking would have been initiated by the agent, not by the hotel. At the time of check-in, the booking was not available for use. As the stay fell during the festive season, room availability was very limited, and the prevailing walk-in rate was applied accordingly. This rate differs from the agent’s contracted rate. overall is clean and nice place to stay over, only problem is the water heater temperature is very bad, takes very long to adjust the temperature u want.

A lot of cockroad appeared in room. The toilet spray hose is leaking, the water splashed and made the floor wet
