Check-in staff not have a good mood to service and no any advise for facilities, welcome drinks or any Gold Member benefits. I have requested a late-check out but he has not extended my key cards (normally it will extend when check-in), so I need to go up-down from my room to reception to talk to other staff with myself. This is not what I expect experience like this as a Gold Member

The hotel is located in the prakanong area which is not too far from BKK APT. The staff are all with Thai hospitality and well trained. However there is a fatal flaw: the wall is paper-thin, so that you can easily hear the snore from the room next to u
