We have repeatedly stayed here. The rooms are always clean, breakfast is excellent, the lobby & dining areas are spacious & comfortable, it is situated right at the stop for buses going to Heathrow, front desk clerks are attentive & responsive. Also, Americans wanting customer service by phone can use a toll free number while still in the U.S.

This is a reliable option for a simple overnighter before a flight, especially from Terminals 2 and 3. . Easy to get a bus from the airport or an Uber/minicab. Nothing fancy but it's practical and everything works.

Was only one bus stop away from the airport but it was good isolated from noises, so you cannot notice that there were airplanes around
