I work for an airline and use this hotel a lot. I phoned in the morning asking about checking in earlier and I was okay to pay additional charge. I got told I could at 9am. I believe this person then went off shift as the next person I delt with said no it would be 3pm. I totally understand it’s due to availability on the day but I was very disappointed when coming off a night shift I’m told two different things that are totally opposite.

Great location for a stopover in London.

Pros: Location to Heathrow, easy to get to and close to convenience store and some food places. The bed is VERY comfortable. Con’s; No mini bar fridge. Soap dispenser a little bit too high especially for the family room. Light not great where the mirror is located and no full length mirror.

I am regular Accor customer. For the first time my stay wasn't satisfactory, room cleaning wasn't OK, shower drain was very slow, and the worse was with the reception on 22nd June morning I called the reception 3 times with no answer

Had the basic necessities for a short stay.
