Excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and spacious. We really appreciated the 24/7 free tea and coffee and enjoyed the good breakfast selection. The room floor could have been slightly cleaner, but otherwise, everything was great. Would recommend!

Nice reception area with weilcoming staff. The room was modern and of good quality. The bathroom smelled a bit like it had been washed with dirty cloth and water, a bit sour. The door was also slamming when the doors in the hallway slammed shut. Breakfast was very good for me as i have noe allergies, but for my girlfriend with celiac and milk allergie, it was terrible.

Dear R., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our location, welcoming staff, and the quality of the room. However, we regret to learn about the unpleasant odor in the bathroom and the noise disturbance from the hallway doors. We also take your comments regarding breakfast options for guests seriously. On demand ,we provide gluten free bread and Müesli. We look forward to welcome you again in Bern. Best regards, ibis Styles Bern City Team

I had mosquitos in the room (so did my colleague in another of your rooms), and even with the window closed, I woke up every morning with new bites and came home with 15.-20 mosquito bites. At least I hope they were and not bed bugs. Saw mosquitos flying around the room in the evening. Told receptionist. Awful nights

Dear A. H., Thank you very much for your feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the mosquitoes in your room. We have taken your concerns to heart. Ensuring a pleasant stay is our top priority, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations during your visit. Thank you for your understanding. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Best regards, ibis Styles Bern City Team,

I had a brilliant two night stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is incredibly clean and well presented, comfortable and quirky. The staff were all fantastic. Excellent breakfast. Located on a quiet street just away from the city centre but very walkable and a tram stop less than two minutes walk away with free local transport visitor card. I cannot recommend highly enough for the price point!

Dear M., Thank you for your kind words regarding your recent stay at ibis Styles Bern City.
