Olá, Sr. Rogerio, espero que se encontre bem! Obrigado por nos avaliar. Foi um prazer tê-lo em nosso hotel, embora gostaríamos que sua experiência tivesse sido melhor. Pela experiencia negativa, lamentamos, e pedimos desculpas, isto não é algo que faça parte de nossa operação diária, nosso time gerencial de governança teve acesso ao seus apontamentos e não medirão esforços para que situações como essas não voltem a acontecer. O estacionamento não faz parte do hotel, mas sua avaliação foi repassada para os responsáveis pelo estacionamento. Novamente pedimos desculpas. The facilities are very good, the service of the people too. One point to improve would be the wait for a la carte dishes, the kitchen takes a long time.
