Clean and well-located hotel on one of the city's main avenues

The hotel is located on one of the most important avenues in the city. Osasco is well-situated, with only a few minutes' drive (or public transportation) to São Paulo's city center, as well as to key metropolitan areas such as Alphaville and Tamboré. The hotel is clean, but the reception service is slow and lacks interest in the guests. There is a telephone in the room, but nothing can be resolved by calling the reception, which also serves as the assistance service line. Some rooms can be quite noisy due to the proximity of the busy avenue, so you might just have to be lucky with your room choice. Pros: Clean rooms Comfortable bed Good and affordable restaurant on the premises Café on the premises open until late Paid parking available Convenient location Cons: No room service, and guests have to go down to the busy reception to wait for assistance Reception staff could be more helpful, efficient, and friendlier

When we arrived, the valets were rude, they didn't help us unload our luggage, and inside the parking lot they took our vehicle at high speed to park it. At check-in, there were two reservations, when in fact we had only made one. We were charged the amount of ISS that was not included when we made the reservation. When we finally got to the room, there wasn't even any water in the minibar. We had to go down and buy elsewhere. The next day, we went to breakfast and there was no milk to put in the coffee. After requesting, they brought the milk. During breakfast, a child vomited near our table and all the employees walked by, looking disgusted and doing nothing. It took almost fifteen minutes to clean up the vomit. Meanwhile we had to eat with the smell of vomit next to us. At lunch time, we ordered two dishes, and the side dishes were changed. I ordered a coke with ice and lemon, it came without lemon. Finally, there were still guests listening to loud videos inside the restaurant and no one noticed them. At check out time, we were charged 2 nights for parking our vehicle, as we arrived at 10pm the previous day and left at 1pm the next day (total 15h stay), all because they charge between 12pm on one day and 12pm on another (?). In short, unpleasant from start to finish, and expensive. I wish I never have to step foot in an Ibis again.
