Shower and bowl spaces are ridiculously small. Arrived at 1 am at the hotel and there was a guy in a "boom car" parked at the entrance. No attitude from management or 3 vallets was taken, so I had to demand the driver to lower the volume. Breakfast is good. Hotel location is in the busiest avenue of Osasco. Hard to drive thru heavy traffic

NÃO RESERVE! PÉSSIMO! Lençol imundo, pia entupida, cheiro de urina, não tem nem um frigobar, banheiro minúsculo. Café da manhã acaba tudo e não repõe, fora que vc tem que ir em outro local para o café. Ar condicionado não gela e desliga sozinho. Pior estadia da minha vida.

My reservation was for the Ibis Osasco hotel and at check-in they informed me that due to a hydraulic problem in some of the apartments, they had transferred me to the Ibis Bugdet. This was not what I expected, as the apartment in question was very small and offered little comfort.
