I had inadvertently booked the wrong day at the hotel, but the staff was very helpful in first trying to find an alternative location and then ultimately finding an available room. Very convenient to access the shopping mall from the hotel.

All the staff was very kind and polite. Overall, a very clean hotel. I want to suggest that you could have more apartments with double beds only, more than just the ones on the first floor. Another negative thing was the loud noise during all day on saturday due to a reform.

As usual a comfortable room with clean sheets and good towels for a overnight stay. The staff was corteus and the valet service was very good. The room was small and the bed had only one side accessible.

Nice hotel, but remember it’s a ibis budget, some options might not be available. But the cost/benefits and directly access to the mall it’s good.
