The shower was too slippery with no mat provided. No hand or small tower for washing hand and face. THe slipper was not made available either. But the staff were courteous and willing to help.

It was OK. The room service needs to be improved, minimum requirements of shampoo, body lotion etc were not provided. Could get water after several calls, this can be improved. Reception service is good, they are quite patient, courteous and focused.

The hotel stay was nice but some more basic requirements in the washroom like toilet accessories would be appreciated. Even slip ons are usually provided by most of the hotels. Staff is very helpful and ever smiling. Please keep up the good work.

Though I enjoyed my stay at ibis style, I really find that basic vanity set costs 15aed extra, the tea pot had sticky resedue, even the replaced one had the similar resedue. Food when I ordered arrived with old chicken as the chicken was very chewy then they replaced and it tasted good. But other than that bed and room where plesent and clean.

I have been frequently visiting this hotel as i am perusing an academic program in Internal academic city. This hotel is quite near to the academic city and the advantage is that it is located near dragon mart. So in case you are bored, you can simply go for window shopping within dragon mart 2 although you will find only household items that you will have no interest to purchase :-) The room size is decent. The only complain that i have is about breakfast that i gave feedback last time as well. Breakfast is not worth the money you pay for as there are limited options available and the quality is just ok.

It was a big disappointment to me to wake up in the morning for breakfast and find more than ten people sleeping in the lobby some on the floor !!!!!Is this normal .Not pleasant at all .
