Well located, friendly staff and rooms with good size. However, you need to give extra care for the cleaning process of: bed sheets, towles, and furniture. Every time I check in ( I stayed there 3 times during the last three months), I notice some dirt on the sheets and dark colors on the white towles and women's hair on the chairs.

1. Disgusting corridors...plastic bags of trash on the door 2. I always book in Ibis Style Jumeirah, slippers are free. but in Dragonmart, its chargeable 3. Design of hotel was a long walk, like a tenement

Experience was good. However break fast is horrible. I stayed for a month, it was hard to eat Frozen poor quality fruits and canned juices of low grade is being served. Indian food sambhar, dosa, etc had poor taste! One of the staff shared, we have no say in purchasing of fruits, juices. We have suppliers delivering fruits to all Accor chains. There is a scope of improvement, I am sure you will try to improve. Good luck.

First stay in 27th of july was amazing that's why I rebook my 2nd stay without any hesitation, First they give me a room far away from elevator 518 near to a big window (noisy room with loud cars sound), plus tv channel was either weak signal nor no signal at all. First night I didn't call to refill water next day I call to get one bottle and I was shocked when I hear that its chargeable until I explain that is my second stay ect... then they provide me 1 bottle. I dont know may be 1st stay was more than great that time that's why my expectations was high, that's why I feel little bit disappointed, or I was unlucky on my second stay
