The rooms were untidy, sofa cum bed was full of stains and even bed sheets were having stains, no water bottles, no tissues and a very bad experience, will not recommend anyone to go. Breakfast was pathetic, since no buffet were there, they charged you breakfast but better to eat outside.

I’ve been coming to Ibis Dragon Mart for almost a year and half because of many positive reasons. Hotel’s staff are very friendly, the location is very convenient for me as I come from Abu Dhahi, the breakfast items are magnificent and well-done and, finally, the hotel has its own parking. However, please note the following negative comments for improvement only. Guests’ rooms need extra care from housekeeping when they clean it after a guest has checked out because I noticed several times there was empty water bottles behind the chairs and human’ hair on the chairs, also you may study the possibility of fixing noise-proof materials in the rooms which are located on the highway because there a very annoying noise comes from speeding vehicles, and finally, you need to solve the problem of some foreign guests who take a room with connected door because they keep knocking that door trying to open it by force in the early morning. The room service changed the covers only on the first day, the next day the covers were not changed , the soap was not replaced, there was only one towel , and another one was brought upon request along with the soap. The staff were friendly and the response was fast , but this was the only thing about the place , otherwise the stay was nice.

Stayed here for nearly 10 days. Just as wonderful as when I stayed here in 20… for nearly 200 days. The people are great. The service - even in time of COVID limitations - is as always what you'd expect of a 5 Star hotel - but in a nice, tight, friendly atmosphere.

Staycation with reasonable price but according to the price service provided was also same way.. Towels given was torned and had holes in it and at reception didn't find a smiling face..Remaining room service and breakfast was good... Overall I can give 6 out of 10..
