The staff at the Ibis hotel is beyond amazing! They are all so nice and helpful. They always go above and beyond to help us even in the smallest things. They are friendly and their nice attitude is genuine and you can just feel that they really want to help you out. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because they have the most amazing, nicest and hardest working staff I have ever encountered.

Impressed by the quick service of the staff. Stayed at few hotels in Dubai, but the service by this Ibis was impressive. Rooms were clean and staff listen and accomodate things quickly. Breakfast was very good , I will definitely look forward staying there again.

Unless you really are fond of chinese retail there is no reason to stay here out In Nowhere Land. New and Nice hotel, though. Staff very service minded, ok breakfast and very clean overall. Recommended only if you want to go to Dragon Mart.

However you are also right that we are further away from the city and without your own car you will need to use local taxis to get around. very bad hotel, horrible experience, everything is payable such as tooth brush, slippers, adaptor etc. in the hotel. it will be the first time and also the last time to live in Ibis hotel and inform all my friends and colleagues. one more thing, the service attitude of reception is terrible.

The shower was too slippery with no mat provided. No hand or small tower for washing hand and face. THe slipper was not made available either. But the staff were courteous and willing to help.
