The location was perfect for me. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Amro, who provided excellent service throughout my stay. There are a few areas that could be improved: 1) There was a noticeable smell of cigerate smoke in the room. The housekeeping staff should pay more attention to the small details when cleaning the rooms 2) Cleaning the exterior window glass would greatly improve the view from the rooms. 3) The coffee shop staff should pay closer attention to customers' orders Thank you
