It was first time to stay in this hotel, I will come back again because of the good staff in the hotel like the friendly reception, I checked out early morning and kept my bag in the reception and when I my girl friend came back to take it she met the reception manger "Sabli" he try to help her to stop taxi and he did not leave her until taxi came, thank you so much good reception service. will come back again lot of love and kiss :)

She arrived to a big, clean, and spacious lobby busy with customers. She was greeted, checked in, given a room on the dragon mart side. When she returned to her room, she had a beautiful fruit arrangement. We all were so happy for this. Thank you so much. She really needed it too. She was so hungry and tired. All went good except the discount on the F&B is not applied?? as a Platinum member, there was 33% discount of F&B , but it was not applied??

I stay in room # 606, I request for cleanup my room even I tag on door handle to cleanup , Than I call to the hotel reception room is clean or not they that guy said yes it’s clean, when I back to the room the room was not cleanup , I am really disappointed on this trip , This service is so shamed ,

Our 7 days stay in Dubai couldn't have been better!! The hotel is 15 to 25 minutes drive to nearly all attractions in Dubai. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was sparkling clean. Towels and sheets were changed whenever we asked. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff were always nice and helpful. As a budget hotel you won't expect much accessories in the room. Iron and hairdryer are available on-demand. Wanted to use the computers in the business corner but noone in the hotel had any clue what the passwords are!! It seems this issue was fixed later on. Of course there must be some minor issues like the restaurant's coffee machine which should be replaced. Also the room's wardrobe can hurt your head when opened!! Generally I highly recommend this hotel for future stays!!

for being promoted as a 5 Star experience, it was quite disappointing. first the price for the one night was higher that advertise from the website, second their were no hand towels for the guests. Third there was no amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor..etc. No coffee maker, only hot water.. overall experience would only rate as a cheap overnight stay,

It's always busy, but they are always professional. She arrived to a big, clean, spacious, and quiet, lobby. She was greeted and checked in very quickly. They gave her the best according to her preferences and she was on her way. She got so much work done her, plus she was able to catch up on sleep. We can tell that everyone is working very hard. We only had two concerns: (1) the wooded air of her room was a little untidy, but housekeeping vacuumed the next day. (2). During our live online meetings when she was order her breakfast the Asian/Indian man kept asking her to come downstairs. This is a bit annoying because she was already told during check-in that her breakfast can be delivered to her room. It also wasted time because she only had five minutes to order breakfast before she gave her presentation. We hope these two things will be corrected during her next stay

We love sending Dr. Barber here. It's close to our offices. It's in a nice location. There is food, beverages, malls, and petrol stations near this hotel. There are other hotels too. They always give her a room facing the front of their hotel. She gets so much work done here. The food is good and the service is great. We just can't figure out why they've never given her a free upgrade. She's a platinum member. Other than that, we are satisfied with this hotel. She comes back well rested and her work is always done on time.

Unless you really are fond of chinese retail there is no reason to stay here out In Nowhere Land. New and Nice hotel, though. Staff very service minded, ok breakfast and very clean overall. Recommended only if you want to go to Dragon Mart.

However you are also right that we are further away from the city and without your own car you will need to use local taxis to get around.
