Shuttle service was not arranged properly and follow up call was not done and the shuttle left without me and I took the cab later.

Upon the driver’s arrival at the hotel, our Front Office team attempted to contact you by calling your room; however, they were unfortunately unable to reach you at that time. The driver courteously waited in the lobby alongside the other guests. In order to respect the confirmed schedule and ensure all passengers arrived at the airport on time, the shuttle departed after the schedule time in 15 minutes when you were not present at the designated pickup time.
