Really nice break in Krakow helped by a very enjoyable stay at the Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto. Lovely hotel, very welcoming staff, great breakfast and located perfectly for easy & quick access to the Main Square. Wouldn't hesitate in both recommending or returning.

We had an incredible first stay with Mercure. On return home I have just realised that membership of ALL gives certain extra benefits such as late checkout and a free drink which we were not aware of during our visit sadly, but will hopefully have chance to use before the points expire. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel room. The restaurant food was very good.

The reception staff were excellent- friendly and very knowledgeable with very good English. The hotel was in a great location. The decor was stylish and fresh. We appreciated the polish dress of the reception staff. The shower temperature was tepid most mornings. The room was not vacuumed nor the surfaces wipes in the room (not bathroom) for 3 days until I requested it. The sheets and mattress protector on the single beds didn’t fit so kept coming off and wrinkling when trying to sleep.
