Lovely hotel however, there was no Cava from the wine menu in stock and the only prosecco was sweet semi sparkling frizanti. A hotel of this calibar should sell Prosecco spumante - which is dry sparkling. This was very disappointing and a silly thing to get wrong.

Upon arrival the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and an asset to the hotel and due to being a platinum member I recieved a room upgrade for the two rooms. The day time hospitality staff again very friendly and professional making us feel welcome. The rooms very spacious and comfortable with the welcome gifts much appreciated. Unfortunately after spending the day exploring Krakow we like to come and relax in the bar. For the two nights we stayed the evening hospitality staff were very disappointing. Glasses left on tables even when it was quiet, we finished our drinks and were looking to order more but took over 20 minutes to just be acknowledged it really left us disappointed. The evening bar staff really let this hotel down and especially with how amazing all the rest of fhe staff were and looked after me and my family as a platinum member and my parents who were here as a birthday present.

Great stay here for our visit to Krakow. Hotel well located. Very clean, staff polite and friendly. One improvement would be harder pillows but it’s a minor gripe! Thoroughly recommended.

The hotel staff were pleasant, helpful and very courteous. We appreciate the upgrade for our anniversary and all the little treats. Room had an nespresso machines which was perfect. Lobby is beautiful and breakfast spread is good. Location is perfect. Right between the train/bus station and Stare Miasto
