Great experience staying at Mercure. Staff was awesome & the breakfast was one of the best I have had. Wasn't very happy with shower though. Too low pressure in the shower!

Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is a top-notch hotel in an excellent central location. The hotel is within walking distance of Krakow Old Town, the large shopping malls, and the main railway station, Krakow Glowny, making it extremely convenient for tourists. The front desk staff were very courteous and welcoming. A special touch was that the staff dressed in traditional Polish attire, giving guests an authentic local experience. We stayed in a spacious Junior Suite of around 40 sq. m., which was very comfortable and well designed. The suite had two toilets and a large bathroom with top-quality herbal bathroom amenities. The shower cabin was well maintained with excellent water pressure. Breakfast is truly the highlight of this hotel. The spread was extensive, with many locally sourced products, fresh salads, fruits, and a live egg station serving freshly prepared dishes. Overall, we highly recommend Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto for anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located stay in Krakow.

1. Guests who check into the hotel on the same day in the afternoon (around 3–4 PM) are charged for the full day; however, they miss out on breakfast due to the late check-in. It is therefore recommended that the management consider providing complimentary dinner on the same day to compensate for the missed breakfast. 2. Tea, coffee, and creamer supplies should be provided in sufficient quantities rather than limiting them to a small number of packets. 3. The hotel should provide a weighing scale (luggage scale) at the time of check-out so that guests can check their baggage weight and ensure compliance with airline or customs restrictions. 4.For guests checking out early (around 2 AM or later), the hotel should proactively inform them that a packed breakfast will be arranged instead of not communicating this facility.1.

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, which is clearly communicated during the booking process. Breakfast included in the reservation applies to the following morning after the overnight stay. For this reason, we do not offer dinner as compensation for guests arriving later in the day. Regarding the in-room tea and coffee facilities, all amenities are replenished daily. Additionally, our reception team is available 24/7 and is always happy to provide extra tea, coffee, creamer, or other supplies upon request. A luggage scale is also available at the reception desk at any time for guests who wish to check their baggage weight before departure. For guests departing early in the morning, we offer breakfast boxes that can be prepared when ordered before 8:00 PM on the day prior to departure. Whenever we are informed in advance about an early check-out, our team communicates this option to ensure guests can benefit from it.
