The hotel is right across the Galleria & the main station. It’s also right beside the bus stop when going to the Salt Mine, and a short walk to get to the Old Town so everything is pretty much accessible. Service is excellent, from check in, housekeeping, and even the bar/restaurant staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It was the first time for me visiting krakow from Scotland and the hotel stay was amazing ! All the staff were friendly , rooms were very clean and comfortable and located in an amazing area. I loved it so much I have rebooked to return on the 10th of July

Absolutely fantastic experience from check-in to departure and everything in between. The staff was welcoming, informative and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect! Great location near the Old Town and adjacent to the mall. Room was spotless and elegant in its simplicity.Didn't eat there but the food looked really good. Front desk team made some incredible food recommendations! Overall 20 out of 10 stars!
