Some technical issue in the bathroom : no shampoo the first day and the water evacuation was defective flooding the bathroom when taking a shower. Despite I informed about it it was still flooding the second day.

Room 618 was very comfortable, decent size and quiet. Bed is very comfortable, shower is slightly lacking power but not too bad. There is a nice bar, would have loved that they surved food later than 10 p.m. or at least have room service for the later hours.

The first 2 days I struggled with air conditioning controls despite assistance from one maintenence person and hotel manager. The old bedroom carpet was dirty and no chance of walking barefoot in the room. The breakfast buffet had a poor selection of proper Polish sausages and the breakfast was too expensive for the selection of foods offered. On the positive side the hotel had a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is ok, the area of breakfast is too noisy. The room is not clean enough, we could see the spider web on the corner of the wall. The hotel hadn't sent and notices to show that they already changed my first night before the date I booked. I had to check the bank the deduction to get which payment it was. 早餐用餐環境不好，太吵了！ 房間牆邊有蜘蛛網！ 在入住前，飯店先扣款，卻沒有通知，我還必須向銀行查詢才知道！最後，寫信確認，飯店回覆，因為當天滿訂，所以必須先扣款！
