We were disappointed with the hotels rooms. The sound proofing was not good.We could hear the people above us and next to us. The torn sheer curtains and paper cups for hot drinks in the rooms was very disappointing. The staff were great and the common areas were very nice. The bathroom was well appointed but the bedroom had dark timber benches and they had chips and dents .

Nice hotel that it is very well located in the city Center. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Really helpful staff. I think the coffee during breakfast should be much better because it was really terrible that surprised me. However, the tea selection was phenomenal so I was fine. I think also would be great to have an iron in each room and maybe one more conference room to be able to work from the hotel a bit because during my stay it was occupied. Overall I am happy with the stay and the service.

Great location in Madrid. Nice staff always available to help us. We had an issue with the safe box. Unfortunately wasn’t resolve during our stay there.
