Good aspects: 1. Clean bedroom, clean bathroom, clean breakfast room, automatic hoovering of carpets done in the morning by the robot. 2. Very nice staff at the desk, and quick at attending my requests even in the early morning, perfectly fluent in English. 3. The mattress was comfortable, the sheets were very white, the pillows were soft. Aspects to improve: 1. No ventilation inside the bathroom. And no window in the bathroom. 2. The breakfast didn't include enough low-calorie options. Such as carrots, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, rice cakes, corn cakes, wholegrain crackers, vegan ham, spinach. 3. I would have preferred to be able to open the bedroom's window.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast selection. Tram stop less than a minute from hotel enabling you to get into city centre in about 15 minutes.

Hotel is cosy and ok. Food catering around ( the restaurant was fully booked when we came). Personel at the reception a bit unexperienced, and should be a bit more relaxed and smiley ( coaching ?). For instance, was not aware that there was no availability in the restaurant.

I had an excellent time at this Ibis. The staff was very helpful. Extra blankets and a portable heater were provided at not extra charge, late in the night by the night staff. Also, the breakfast was really nice and fresh. The room was a little small but honestly, everything else was perfect.

The staff were more than great and even provided when I made a mistake in the booking. The rooms were in excellent condition and the location was great too. Close to the motorway and 1minute away from the tram stop. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel is well located, has good public transport connections to the rest of the city and offers free drinking water and tea. The dinner was nice and varied enough but I did not appreciate that the breakfast is always the same and they don't offer any vegetables... So not very healthy in my opinion... Also, when they cook, the whole hotel common spaces smell of food, it can be unpleasant...

Three days at this hotel. All very good. Will stay again.

Nous sommes ravis d’apprendre que vos trois jours passés parmi nous vous ont apporté entière satisfaction et que vous envisagez déjà de revenir. C’est un véritable plaisir pour notre équipe de savoir que nos prestations et notre accueil ont su rendre votre séjour agréable. Notre établissement se situe à quelques minutes du centre-ville et du quartier historique de la Petite France, avec le tram au pied de l’hôtel permettant de rejoindre le cœur de Strasbourg en seulement 15 minutes. Nous espérons que cette situation privilégiée a facilité vos déplacements et vous a permis de profiter pleinement de la ville. Nous espérons également que vous avez pu savourer notre petit-déjeuner buffet inclus, composé de produits faits maison, bio et locaux, tels que gâteaux, quiches et charcuterie alsacienne, afin de bien commencer la journée.
