The staff at F1 is incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting easy ways to get around the city and where to go to buy food. The room was clean and comfortable. For the price, there's no better place to stay!

We arrived late at night and weren't happy with the area. Although we had booked three nights we moved into the centre of Strasbourg and stayed in an Ibis Hotel.

Not recommend as hotel. It is hostel with hostel vibe. There was bug (small spider) in bathroom. Also the photo available while booking tell you only half story, the opposite wall of that so beautiful painted wall shown in picture is the griffitty like small photos. So I feel those pictures were true but misleading. Also the room they called 'Cabrio' is so small. Not even single dustbin is there. I don't know how its got 1 star for hotel!

The staff is amazing! All the guys and girls who work there are so nice and happy to help. Special thanks to Aziz, Bou, Moka, and Mika (all 4 reception workers during our stay). They were amazing, très gentille, anf much fun too. The hotel is clean, the location well connected. We'll definitely come back!!

I had a nice experience. Its just Infront of the tram station and market. Unfortunately the room was smaller then expected. There wasn't enough space to walk or to put the luggage. Rest everything was fine so far. Nice staff but they can learn to smile a bit.

It's definitely worth the money to go with the private bathroom and the room are quite small without furniture besides a bed. But, for the money, it's a great deal. The rooms are clean, the water is hot, wifi is free and works well, there was no noise or disturbances at night, and breakfast is really decent, especially for the low cost. The tram nearby makes it a convenient location, even if not in the city centre, and there are supermarkets very close by. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was a really pleasant stay and exactly what I was looking for!

Very nice hotel, not luxurious but unique interior with the details about cars. Emina the receptionst was amazing, such a wonderful person and she speaks Serbian which was really positively suprised. Thank you for everything, see you again.

The rooms were quite small and the place was not looking good. I had booked a room with two single beds, but they gave me a room with a double bed, without asking if it was okay to switch. Not worth it for the amount of money charged for a night there.

Mina на стойке регистрации встретила нас весело, даже поговорила на нашем родном языке. А вот спать было не очень комфортно - в маленьком номере на первом этаже на троих душно, а когда открыли окно, там периодически поздно вечером раздавался сильный грохот, а также назойливо попискивала пожарная сигнализация.

Autant la réservation via la plate-forme est moderne, autant l'hôtel est dépassé. C'était propre, l'accueil était correct, mais comment peut-on en 2025 proposer des chambres sans salle de bain-wc intégrées ? J'ai déjà fréquenté des hôtels 2 étoiles au même prix, mais au moins c'était une vraie chambre avec toutes les commodités y compris linge de toilette
