Room too hot Door broken (only held on by lower hinge) Room next to entrance so very noisy and smoke from people sitting outside. Did not stay overnight. Left and booked into a different hotel. Staff were curious and polite

Very bad experience. Overall, the common bathrooms and specially showers are totally disgusting. Not only were there lots of hair but also saw a cover for a razor, which i find very unhigienic. I have been in campings where cleaning level was far superior. Regarding customer service, the worst i have experience so far. I left a valuable item behind and had to call every few days for two weeks explaining the problem again and again saying i would pay the shipment. Some won't even speak English. No answer to emails. Now they say they just will not ship it.
