A nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road, clean rooms and friendly staff

Was not notified of entrance works when booking, wrong name on my room tv when i arrived, and amenities a day after i arrived. This proceeded my previous stay where i waited 30 minutes to check in. My previous stay had live music at the bar competing with an event in the conference area, not once, bit twice. Positive aspects, are improvements in bar offerings, breakfast overhaul and the old Club Lounge is great (small but great).

We also regret that you were not informed of the driveway renovation when booking via the ALL App, and your arrival experience was affected by inconsistencies such as the incorrect name displayed on your room television and the delayed delivery of amenities. We further acknowledge your comments regarding your previous stays, including the check-in delay and the operational overlap between live music and conference events. We understand how these experiences can impact overall comfort, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments for review to ensure better coordination and communication moving forward. At the same time, we are pleased to know you appreciated the improvements in our bar offerings, the breakfast enhancement, and the Premier Lounge experience. It is also especially encouraging to hear your recognition of Agnes in the dining area, who will be personally commended for her outstanding service. As part of our sustainability initiatives, we have removed all one-time use plastic bottles. We understand that guests will have reservations in consuming water directly from the tap. Had a fantastic stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens. The property has an awesome vibe, beautiful spaces, and everything throughout the stay was fantastic. A special mention to Adrian, the F&B Director, who truly went above and beyond to make our birthday trip special for both myself and my spouse. His hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference. The entire F&B team was warm, attentive, and excellent throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the lovely F&B coordinator who greeted us during breakfast, but she was absolutely amazing and deserves recognition as well. Thank you to the whole team for making our celebration so memorable. Looking forward to coming back again!

3D2N staycay at Novotel Stevens. Stayed here in Dec. This is our 2nd stay. Loce the free shuttle to town & the bfast buffet. Would be good if we can gv 2 hrs free pickleball play. Overall loce it.

Shout out to Accor Check in staff member: Anand & Emily. They had been hospitable and helpful during my stay at Novotel. Prompt check in and pleasant lounge access. Most courteous and friendly staffs over at Food Exchange as well. One thing to note, upon my check out on the 10th May - there was a breakdown on the car park gantry boom. It resulted not only a massive jam, as cars were not able to exit the car park, but my taxi was also held up and was charged $3 parking fee (when it should had been complimentary, since pick up lobby had been shifted to B1 carpark due to renovation). I ended up paying an additional parking fee, because of the car park gantry boom was faulty.

We understand how frustrating the congestion and delay must have been, especially when it resulted in an additional parking fee for the taxi you were in due to the temporary relocation of the pick-up point to the B1 carpark. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams for review to help us better manage such situations and minimise disruptions for our guests moving forward. Thank you as well for your suggestions regarding bottled water preferences and housekeeping services. As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, Novotel Singapore on Stevens has moved away from single-use plastic bottled water in favour of filtered drinking water solutions. This initiative is aimed at reducing plastic waste and lowering the overall carbon emissions associated with the production, transportation, and disposal of plastic bottles. Similarly, our alternate-day housekeeping programme has been introduced as part of our commitment to more sustainable operations. By reducing the frequency of full room servicing, we are able to minimise water and energy consumption, as well as reduce the use of cleaning chemicals and linen laundering, all of which contribute towards lowering our environmental footprint. We understand that preferences may differ from guest to guest, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue balancing guest comfort with responsible hospitality practices and our long-term sustainability goals.
