Our stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens was exceptional. Check in was seamless. Buffet breakfast has a great selection of Asian or western style foods and there are several restaurants on the property with different cuisines to choose from as well. The infinity pool is beautiful but if you want to swim for exercise there is also a nice big lap pool. There is direct access to the well equipped Anytime Fitness which is included as the hotel gym, and Pickle board courts for added fun and fitness. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. If you are lucky enough to book a room with access to the Executive Lounge you will be in for a treat. Sabrina was our host in the lounge and she created a very relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, Sabrina was happy to help with any information regarding shuttles, places to go, and genuinely showed an interest in making our stay very memorable. An excellent overall experience - highly recommend.

Dined at the Food Exchange at Novotel and thoroughly enjoyed their lobster spread. The lobsters were fresh, well-prepared, and generously served, making them the clear highlight of the buffet. The overall selection was well-balanced and consistently replenished. Service was excellent, special thanks to Marcus, who did a very good job and was attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the meal. Thank you all service staff! The dining area was clean and comfortable. Overall, a highly satisfying buffet experience and one I would gladly recommend. PS: photos were taken after meals, which was around 9pm.

We stayed at this hotel pre-cruise. The checkin process was very smooth. The room was clean and a nice size. Hotel staff was friendly and the bar service was really good as well. The location is about 15 to 20 min from main attractions but still a great area. One thing to add: if you are staying for more than 3 days, storage space will be an issue, however they have larger rooms available.

The hotel is located in an area you may find peace in resting after a long day touring around a busy city. The hotel is very close to public transportation. Late night cravings might be difficult for those who want to get midnight grubs in person, but hey, there's always Grab. Staff is courteous and very helpful.

Restaurant, breakfast mohammad was so friendly and welcoming in the mornings, and May for dinner ,- Hot pot claypot on Friday night was lovely, friendly and made you feel important. Amira on reception was great getting taxi's friendly always smiling
