Check in was straight forward. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy, but it was a real shame that the TV issue (annoying fading spot in the middle) I reported on my previous stay was still not fixed. ALL status was recognised and related benefits offered throughout my stay. A shoutout to Yoga answer Rebecca who looked after me during my short canapes/ evening drinks session.

I stay at the Pullman intermittently and this stay showed a significant reduction in quality vs the usual / previous experience.
