The staff were friendly ahd very helpfull, and the hotel and my room was very clean and tidy. I would recomend this hotel to any of my family or friends.

Excellent ibis styles property that punches above its weight for the brand. New rooms and lobby area are well appointed with excellent fixtures. Large bathrooms and spacious rooms with great aircon. Friendly bar staff with extensive menu of drinks and pub fare. Perfectly clean throughout. Well located in the heart of Ealing, but note that it’s about 10-15 minutes’ walk to Elizabeth line stations at both Ealing Broadway and West Ealing, so may feel far for those using it to get into town or Heathrow, though at the price point I would consider it again for this purpose. Beds could benefit from the ibis “sweet sleep” toppers, but weren’t terrible. All in all, I’m generally a bit skeptical of ibis styles properties for their inconsistency (sometimes they feel “better” than ibis and other times “cheaper”). But this one delivers!

room was comfortable, a/c good appreciate the desk to work good location, secure parking smooth booking & checkin / out process shame to have room that overlooks scaffolding, closed curtain for privacy but then the lights aren't really bright enough in the day lack of shower door means that water on bathroom floor is inevitable, surprising that you design for this I prefer a hot breakfast, would think twice before booking Ibis instead of others for this

Room was clean and stock. The down side was the toilets downstairs at the reception, they were very dirty at 10am, we order a coffee and brought some bread from outside and they didn't let us eat inside because they needed to clean the tables, this should be clean early in the morning not at 10am
