Fantastic staff. Impeccable rooms. Delicious breakfasts. Honestly cannot fault anything about my experience. I stayed for 6 nights with family, each in a room of our own. Nobody had any complaints. The place was spotless always, with friendly, approachable staff. I'll be back, that all I have to say.

I always enjoyed stay one bedroom here cause it is very comfortable so this time I booked 2 bedrooms for my family. And the first night, the electric panel was broken so that we could not turn off the lights and the temperature was high like 30 degrees. And fast enough the staff tried to help but unfortunately it was not able to fix it fast. So we had to pack our luggage at 5am… and moved to other room. My husband asked refund of one night but no reaction from hotel site. Of course I didn’t expect that happening.. but the clerk who took care of checking out seems it’s fine that we got other room… not professional attitude.

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected room control system issue during the night. We fully understand how stressful and exhausting it must have been for your family to experience the lights turning on unexpectedly and the room temperature rising uncomfortably during the early morning hours, ultimately requiring a room move at around 5am. Our team responded immediately upon receiving your request, and after inspection, it was confirmed that the room control system required replacement parts and could not be repaired immediately during the night. To minimize further discomfort, we arranged a room move as quickly as possible. We also sincerely regret that the overall follow-up after the incident left you feeling unsupported and disappointed. During the room move, our team provided a recovery amenity and remained available to assist throughout the situation; however, we understand that the communication and overall handling afterward did not leave you with the sense of care and reassurance you expected following such a disruptive overnight experience. We truly apologize for this impression. In addition, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the external construction noise during the daytime. Although this work is outside of the hotel’s direct control, we completely understand how it may have affected the comfort and relaxation of your stay. While this was an unexpected technical malfunction rather than a widespread issue, we fully understand that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused to your stay. Please rest assured that the affected room was fully repaired immediately afterward and is now operating normally. At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your kind comments regarding our location, cleanliness, Wi-Fi, and your previous comfortable experiences with us. It means a great deal to know that you have enjoyed staying with us in the past, which makes us regret even more that this visit affected your overall impression.
