This was my 2nd stay at the SDC Grand Mercure Yongsan. Booked the 2 bedroom suite, for a group of 3. One of the best hotels in Seoul. Ammenities are top tier, service, and communication was accomodating and made the overall experience smooth. The baseball simulation and golf simulation was entertaining and a great time. Housekeeping was thorough and kept our room clean. Room service was convenient and overall the food was excellent both during room service and during breakfast at the lounge. Reception was accomodating with our requests, very hospitable, and well trained. Booked the transportation service from airport to hotel and was very satisfied with the smooth communication, and helped ease some of my anxieties. The warm and open interactions from the hotel staff kept our brief stay at the hotel welcoming and comfortable. Always a pleasure to stay at SDC Grand Mercure Yongsan. My 1st stay was equally as comfortable, and the 2nd cemented the hotel as one of my favorite stays when visiting Seoul.

The Deluxe Suite with two bedrooms was perfect for our stay with two toddlers. It offered plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and having a washer-dryer in the suite was incredibly convenient, especially we were traveling light. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. We were also impressed by the front office, who responded promptly and kindly accommodated our request to store our luggage two days before check-in. This made a huge difference, as we were traveling out of Seoul for a short trip and didn’t have to bring all our bags with us. Special thanks to Vlad Mun, who was very helpful and patient during check-out and assisted in communicating with our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly. Breakfast didn’t have an extensive spread, but the quality of the food made up for it. While the location is a bit further from central Seoul, the quiet room and generous space compensate. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and definitely worth it.

I felt the location was perfect. very close to the station for going anywhere in the city, just a short walk from the Hotel. We also were happy to have two bedrooms, one for us and one for our 6yo. The beds were comfortable, the room was looked after every day. The staff was very attentive to our needs, very helpful when we had a request. Breakfast buffet was done well. If you wanted, the shopping area within the station also has a great food court with a variety of choices.
