We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Mercure Ambassador. The staff are friendly and really helpful. I had a number of packages shipped to me for work and the staff let us know when they arrived and brought them to our room. We had a suite with a kitchen and a clothes washer/dryer. Both were very useful for our long stay. Easy access to the many restaurants in Dragon City and the I-Park mall made it an ideal location.

Good location and fantastic staff however the particular room I was in needs further maintenance. The air conditioning unit was loud and it woke me up almost every night. Room service did not replace used towels. This was my second stay and I really hope this time was just an unusual experience - I only returned this year because I absolutely loved the room and service last year.
