Room was clean and comfortable, well stocked with clean sheets and towels. Heat/AC controls difficult to use but with the window open the room temp was very nice. Room very quiet and slept well. Breakfast was excellent with great coffee.

As in the other hotels of this type a little mess in the bathroom can be spotted (black spots in the corners). Would be great to clean it better. In summary, good hotel with amazing breakfast.

Barely decent breakfast. I could complain about the room size being small even for a budget hotel, I could complain about the towel being basically sandpaper, I could complain about the sheet being awful and not even having elastic, I could complain about the air conditioning that simply does not cool the room—after 6 a.m., it sort of cooled… barely. Other than that, we were hot, changed rooms, and it was the same crap. But what was absolutely intolerable was when we asked for a crib for our one-year-old child and they gave us one with something that was not a mattress—it was a pile of pillows with a comforter, way too soft… MAXIMUM SUFFOCATION RISK!!! Anyway… EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL, AND THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE MERCURE STANDARD.
