Unfortunatley, the extended stay at the hotel was below expectations. The room incl. bathroom are very outdated. WiFi connection was not suitable for working. Cleaning service was okay, but towels, bedding, furniture etc. seemed very old. The gym had very minimal equipment. Laundry room was okay and personal was friendly.

Good location, the reception staff were very friendly and polite, the facilities were clean and organized, the restaurant had several options, and the gym was well-equipped. The point that needs improvement is the speed of getting the car in the morning with the valet service, as we had to wait about 15 minutes to receive a vehicle.

The room was bad and it has been like that the last couple of times I have stayed there. It definitely does not have the level expected from a Mercure hotel
