It took 1 hour to check into the hotel and after that the stay was never linked back to my account despite giving the rewards number at check in. I need to receive credit for the stay.

We have verified that your points have been credited according to your stay, as shown below on loyalty card. Please check directly on your ALL app to confirm the points earned. We sincerely apologize for the delay in check-in. Unfortunately, on the day of your arrival, we had a very large influx of guests, and even with all stations open, we understand the inconvenience caused by the delay and apologize again. Ficamos muito contentes em perceber que conseguimos atingir nosso principal objetivo, o de lhe oferecer atendimento e serviços de qualidade, o que nos deixa muito realizados por estar no caminho certo. Apesar de recebermos uma avaliação muito positiva, verifiquei o seu comentário sobre o estacionamento, pela estrutura que temos, conseguimos trabalhar apenas com o serviço de Vallet no hotel, optamos por essa solução para prestar um melhor serviço aos nossos hóspedes, além de termos todos os carros segurados. The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests the hotel accommodates. Valet parking is also very slow. I believe there are too few staff.
