Lol Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Hello, The customer experience is not good. Everything is inelastic and takes time. They reserved breakfast for one day but not for the others during the week (???), so I had to spent time in the morning going to ask. Also, they do not send the receipt via email, making everyone need to call them.

The hotel is clean and very well located. However I did not receive my invoice. I have asked for the document multiple times and there is no way to receive any reply from the hotel. I stayed Saturday August 3 and Sunday August 4. Hope you can help me to get my document.

I've gotten badly surprised as I was expecting to have a Mercure standard for my staying product. It was even bellow an Ibis standard, much closer to your budget brand. Room with few features, very simple, uncomfortable. Hotel aisles not very cleaned. Dust in room. I am asking myself what Accor made with Mercure branding in Jundiaí. Ibis has a higher standard, it is not right. And I paid Mercure price... / Fiquei muito decepcionado, pois esperava ter um padrão Mercure para meu produto de hospedagem. Ficou até abaixo do padrão Ibis, muito mais próximo da linha Budget. Quarto com poucas comodidades, muito simples, desconfortável. Corredores do hotel não muito limpos. Poeira no quarto. Estou me perguntando o que a Accor fez com a marca Mercure em Jundiaí. O Ibis tem um padrão mais alto, não está certo. E eu paguei o preço Mercure...
