Barely decent breakfast. I could complain about the room size being small even for a budget hotel, I could complain about the towel being basically sandpaper, I could complain about the sheet being awful and not even having elastic, I could complain about the air conditioning that simply does not cool the room—after 6 a.m., it sort of cooled… barely. Other than that, we were hot, changed rooms, and it was the same crap. But what was absolutely intolerable was when we asked for a crib for our one-year-old child and they gave us one with something that was not a mattress—it was a pile of pillows with a comforter, way too soft… MAXIMUM SUFFOCATION RISK!!! Anyway… EVERYTHING WAS AWFUL, AND THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE MERCURE STANDARD.

It took 1 hour to check into the hotel and after that the stay was never linked back to my account despite giving the rewards number at check in. I need to receive credit for the stay.
