This hotel is extremely basic—borderline cheap—yet priced as if it offers a much higher standard. The overall experience simply does not justify the daily rate. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, which I appreciate. However, everything else felt low quality. The towels were thin, worn out, and one even had holes. Basic amenities were either missing or of very poor quality, especially in the bathroom. Functionality was also an issue. I was initially given a room where the landline phone didn’t work at all, meaning that to contact reception I had to physically go downstairs. The hotel promotes a WhatsApp communication channel, but I reached out within the first hour of my stay and never received a single response over the entire three days. The worst part of my stay was an awful experience with a male bar staff member. On the night of March 26th, I stopped by the bar to order a bottle of water. The male staff member ignored me for several minutes while chatting with a group of male guests. At one point, I got his attention and asked for a water bottle, and he replied “one moment”—not even “one moment, please”—but then continued trying to impress the other guests by being overly friendly and social. He seemed far more concerned with socializing and trying to practice his non-existent Spanish with a group of male guests than serving a solo female guest. Even the other staff members appeared uncomfortable with his behavior and how he was very obviously ignoring me. It was unprofessional, dismissive, and felt like gender bias. As a woman, it genuinely felt like I was being ignored and deprioritized. After waiting several more minutes following his “one moment” and still being overlooked, I ended up walking away without even getting the water I had asked for. Overall, this hotel feels like a budget property charging mid-range prices, with poor service standards and questionable operational practices. I would not stay here again.

Room was not very cleaned, especially around the window. Even I asked for invoice with my company adress and they said it is fine from reception they did not so like that. I sent an email but I received no response.
