When we checked in the staff at the desk were bored and uninterested in helping us. Upon getting to our room we found it to be out and smothering. We tried to give the air conditioning time to cool the room. It did not. It did not work. We went to the rooftop lounge to only to find a dismissive staff, mediocre food, and loud “thumps” music. We returned to our superheated room only to find that we could still hear the music from the rooftop in our room. We were able to change rooms to a lower floor only after seeming to inconvenience the Desk Staff. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates a staff that appreciates their customers.

Great location, excellent breakfast and service

I stayed at the hotel for a week long work meeting. The room was comfortable and quiet, food was excellent, and service was very helpful. The hotel was very well located in the old city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
