We stayed here for 4 nights and had booked 3 rooms. The location was quiet and nice. It faced the river/ canal and had lovely views. Our room was on the 4th floor, room size was decent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We had taken twin sharing beds , beds were very small and narrow. The only disappointing thing was pillows and mattress were too soft, I would have preferred slightly more firm pillows and mattress. Drinking water was provided amply. Breakfast spread was decent. They had 2 lovely restaurants, one down and other roof top but veg options were limited. Staff were courteous and helpful at all times. They had candy kept in a bowl on the reception. It is value for money.

Mercure Tbilisi Old Town is very well located adjacent to the old town and within walking distance of many sights. Also convenient to transit. Our room was well laid out, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. On-site restaurant had a great selection on the .menu and meals we had there were delicious. Overall, a super place to stay in Tbilisi.

The hotel is excellent and this is not the first time I have stayed in it, but I booked two deluxe rooms, but I was charged for a regular room and the other a deluxe room, and the amount was increased for two deluxe rooms. I asked them and they said it was deluxe, knowing that I had stayed in the same room before and they said it was regular and the price was cheaper.

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. PS. Reservation was two Deluxe Privilege rooms (RA1, 130.50 USD, per room, We checked it and it was correct rate) As the reservations has same credit card information, we blocked total amount for room 305, 261USD which was guarantee for room 302 as well. After departure we split amount from 305 room to 302 room. So we only charged for each room 130.50 USD. your both rooms was deluxe privilege room category(302 and 305) We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
