I would like to sincerely thank the entire reception team for such a warm welcome, genuine friendliness, and care. From the first minutes, you truly feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor. The staff is always smiling, attentive, and willing to help, which makes a huge difference. A very special thank you to manager George for his kindness, professionalism, and truly personal approach. Thanks to him and the whole team, my stay was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. Many thanks - I will definitely come back again!

I stayed at this hotel with a group and had a really great experience. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent. I believe the hotel was still being built when I first visited Georgia in 2015, on my second visit I made the mistake of NOT staying there, but on my following four visits to Georgia I have stayed at the Mercure Tbilisi Old Town and have always, always had an exceptionally good stay there. Location, rooms, staff, food are all extremely good.

Outstanding location, comfort, and exceptional staff

Mercure Tbilisi Old Town offers an amazing location, just a few steps away from the Old Town and within walking distance of many of Tbilisi’s top attractions, including the cable car, Narikala Fortress, and more. The hotel is also only 15 minutes’ walk from Freedom Square, making it a perfect base for exploring the city on foot. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-isolated, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay. Breakfast was good and well organized, with all the basic items needed, and a special mention goes to the delicious cheese roll, which was absolutely amazing ❤️. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Dachi, Levan, and Valentina, who went above and beyond by helping us connect our mobile phone to the screen so we could watch our national team football match. It turned into a truly memorable and unforgettable night for all of us. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay. Nice hotel, great and welcoming personnel, good restaurant downstairs. The only minor drawback I've encountered was suboptimal showerhead in my room: it had only one mode and wasn't very effective, sho showering took longer than it should.
