Good location to explore old Tbilisi. Metro station is a bit away but still in walking distance. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Basically you can reach wherever you want within Tbilisi from Mercure. Want to highlight their welcoming service. Reception was always ready and accommodating our inquiry and request with smile and attentive reaction. It was perfect stay for the celebration of our anniversary.

The location of the property is its strength! It was clean and quiet! While extending my stay for a night, I was scammed by a service provider who impersonated the merchant name in their name! The really on rent was USD 92 but the final bill was USD 139 with taxes and service charges😡
