My hosts at the Mercure Tbilisi Old Town, Lizi, Dachi, and Nanuki, were the best!!! They are all very helpful and kind with guest interactions. This was a wonderful establishment to begin my vacation and pilgrimage to visit the People, Culture, Churches, Monasteries and UNESCO sites of the Southern Caucasus.

Hotel is good has great views from rooms. Can do better in terms in infra like elevators at all levels , ensuite washrooms for suite etc. Bit more variety in breakfast buffet for sure.

Fine place. Clean and polite staff. However the shower floor is slippery. I had to request plastic bathmat with suction cups myself. This should have been standard. Also I stayed with a tour group for a couple of days and then I had the tour company extend my stay by one day. Unfortunately, my keycard was deactivated when the tour group left.
